Be aware that you need to pay parking 10 € per night if you have rental car. since it was April is not to cold and is not too hot so the air conditioning wasn't working, so the air was a bit bad in the bedroom, cause when I opened the window from the balcony neighbors were smoking so it was bit uncomfortable and dry air during night. But in general all is good.

Staff were very nice. Dinner was very good and diverse we loved it. It is a lot of food in the buffet <3 Hotel was great and food for the price!!! Also in general the hotel is very big and also central it is situated in front of the train station.

There are a few details that wouldn’t cost management too much but would improved the perception a lot. 1 cheap smallish towel per person is okayish, but could be fixed easily. 1 electricity socket in a room plus one more you can use if you don’t need TV is good for a digital detox, but irritate in 2020s. Food quality is decent, but variety/taste could be better. Although it’s really not bad, especially for the price you pay.

Very good value for money, these days 75 euros for a night with half board for a family of 3 is extreme generosity almost anywhere in Europe. Generally there’s nothing to complain about if you know what to expect. It’s a classic 80-90s holiday destination place with all the usual features for better or worse. I probably was there ~30 years ago as a kid, don’t think it’s changed much.

Swimming pool cold both inside and outside. Food had variety but felt like you had the same thing again 2 days later, or for lunch one day and for dinner the next.

Good location, good restaurants near by. Can get metro from 3 minute walk to Barcelona. Hotel was clean.

Hotel is just in front of the train station. The breakfast, lunch was good. Receptionist was friendly. We could arrange to have a picnic when leaving.

The water temperature in the wonderful SPA was far too cold.In the restaurant staff makes a lot of unnecessary noise collecting crockery.

Food was better than last time we were there and we will come back. Beds are comfortable.

I would have loved more choice of starters in the buffet dinner. I didn't like the desserts. The rest of food was very good

The room was amazing. I had the mountain but also the sea view. I loved the time at the pool. The guys working at the pool bar were very nice. I also loved the live music after dinner. Great experience. Great main courses at dinner.

After staying in a few other hotels on our trip,the only thing if we were to say anything was the fact of the restaurant being extremely noisy with some guests,it was hard to have a conversation with ourselves, but I must say the food was good , it wasn’t really the fault of the hotel

Some bar staff not so friendly, but the worst thing was the food. It wasn't great. My kids hardly ate for four days. The hotel is lovely but the food has to improve. At times it was borderline awful...

lounge area, location, pool was exceptional. The prices for drinks was also very good. Generally speaking the hotel definitely makes an effort to provide a good experience

Housekeeper department needs to work on timing for room cleaning. At least, nock on the door, before entering. I would recommend the management to consider more welcoming opening hours in the gym (now 10 AM - 6 PM), a nice work out before breakfast is a good start on a new day. Also a water dispenser in the gym would be appreciated. Further, consider to supply the rooms with some glasses, beside the two of them in the bathroom and it might be time to do something with sound insulation, the room doors have a larger gap at the bottom. Must be easy thing to fix for more guest´s comfort. Food for dinner did not taste good at all time but large variety may compensate for All inclusive guests. Again, avoid dinner at the hotel and enjoy a nice restaurant near by instead. I would say 3 stars hotel.

Location, short walk to the beach, train station, shops. Comfy but a bit short beds, good pillows. Good size on the swimming pool. Beach towels available against a deposit. Good variety of food but for sure, it was not made with passion. Yet, very good for guests who like All inclusive. I would recommend to go for a nice restaurant instead. Plenty of sun beds, but lack of parasols. And the greatest thing about this hotel is that they are dog friendly! Love it! Nice staff at front desk and restaurant. Looked like the waters in the restaurant have a good time at work. They continuously use "Happy" word on theirs signs and promo details. It made me smile :)

I send a message to the hotel asking a question about the parking and did not get a response.

The hotel features a huge lobby reminiscent of the grand hotels of previous decades. Location is great right on the boardwalk and minutes to the beach with a wonderful array of stores and restaurants. Staff was very helpful. The room on the top floor was spacious and bright with large sliding doors and a beautiful terrace overlooking the surrounding area.
