There is no window in room 5. The ventilation is minimal and sucks air from an outdoor space that is now a covered smoking area for guests. So the room fills up with smoke in 5 minutes. For me, as a cyclist, it was unbearable. The level of PM2's in the air, without the ability to open a window was toxic. Someone chain smokes in the property. So it's constant. There is a vent in every door, so the smoke circulates. Coming from outside of the rear garden, where the rear door is left open, causing a vacuum, and pushing the smoke throughout the building. With vents on each door, the smoke is pulled from the outdoor area, straight back inside the house. I had chest pains when I woke up. I only get that from polleted cities in rush hour. Smokers will love it. But if you have healthy or young lungs, you will feel like you smoked a pack of 20. Reminds me of the 80's where every bar, restaurant, airplane, and home was filled with smoke. There is a reason that stopped. It's called Cancer.

The room is big, everything you would need for a night. But only if you are a smoker.

It wasn’t too clean, the area felt unsafe and I kept on hearing all kind of noises outside that added to the anxiety of the area.

I liked that the room was spacious and you can see the owners/management have tried to make it nice.

It was in a bit of a dodgy area and on street parking. Staff don't speak English or Spanish so you need to WhatsApp all the time so he can translate. They were trying hard to make it look decent but linen was winter linen and very thick. The power went of shortly after I arrived and staff came straight away to sort it. They are trying to have a nice place but still needs a few improvements.

SCAM Firstly, they dint mention the apartment number so it clearly mention that they are doing illegally.Also, when we reached over there, they were demanding to pay more in order to check in.We said that we got late because of our flight.The owner talked us very rudely. Also, the room was not in good condition, the bed was moving quiet a bit,The bedsheet was not clean. I was feeling REALLY UNCOMFORATBLE over there.

I dint have the breakfast because the place was quiet dirty and I dint feel comfortable over there.

Dirty, smelly room with "shower". On arrival, we noticed straight away horrible smell of cigarettes and dirt. The linen on the bed wasn't washed for a while as it stung of cigarettes and dirt. We found cigarettes rubish in the shower. The towels were smelly. The owner should be embarrassed to even put this room on booking.com. This rental should be removed from the website. How can you do this to people? Because of this accommodation, our trip was unpleasant and upsetting.

The property was dirty, smelling bad, towels with bad smells, bed linen not clean, and the person who attended to us did not know how to speak Spanish or English, when we arrived it was around 7pm 1 room was not ready yet, I was afraid of getting bed bugs because I didn't see any hygiene, the air conditioning in one of the rooms was broken and one of the bathrooms without sanitary , I don't recommend it has a lot to improve.

The price it was cheap, me and my friend booked for 1 night only.

In the shower it's hard to set up the right temperature of water, the water could be cold or very hot. Sometimes door get locked so it only needs to push them harder but it's good to take the keys while going to the kitchen.

The room was clean and it had a lock in the door and stuff was nice and helpful. Restaurants and shops are nearby. :)
