Beautiful, tasteful and surprising. Great sauna facility. Nice breakfast. Liked the bistro restaurant better than the formal one. Staff are excellently trained.

The food variety during the dinner and lunch should be improved. There is only one option for lunch - bistro. The choice is very small, prices high, waiting time too long. If hotel wants to “lock” clients and not let them go for a dinner or location in other places, this situation needs to be improved immediately. In all 5 stars hotels after treatment, you are offered a glass of tee, here nothing is offered. This should be improved as well.

Fantastic landscape and beautiful nature. It is very quiet. The whole hotel is very well maintained. Breakfast was very good. The SPA is small but very nice.

One thing it was missing for us was some translation of the texts into Mallorqui (menus, names, instructions), just as a wink or out of respect for the land where the hotel sits and the heritage the place has. The only bit in Mallorqui we found was 'Raco Mallorqui' at breakfast. Adding more of the local language into the narratives would not cost much. In fact, from a PR point of view, it would make it more quaint and authentic. Many of the staff can communicate in Mallorqui, so that is not an issue, and those who can't speak Spanish, which is fine, this is not an issue about the language the very nice stuff speak.

The room, breakfast (outstanding juices and bread!), dinner, cleanliness, efficiency of the receptionists, and friendliness of the staff in general were excellent.

The sewage in our room smelled terrible, the hotel does not suit to 5 stars also because of the services. We called room service in the evening- they said they are not providing at 22.00. The restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday, there is another bistro but it is fully booked for evenings. Service was generally slow.

The staff seemed under a lot of pressure, many didn't smile enough. The rooms at a 5 star hotel should each come with an iron and ironing board in the wardrobe. It would be good to have more than one bottle of water complimentary in the room per day at a 5 star hotel.

The site was so clean, the room was lovely, the breakfast was great. The housekeeping team were brilliant. The pool was lovely.

Some of the service staff isn’t qualified for a 5* hôtel even though there were all very polite. As well breakfast kitchen (eggs, waffles,…) weren’t good. Honestly I was kind of surprised because a even I could do a better job. I guess after Covid they are missing qualified staff. However the rest is so superb that it didn’t impact the joy we had staying there. Good job!

Wow. This is a very beautiful and relaxing hotel. The hotel and its surrounding is very beautiful. Our junior suite was fantastic with an amazing bed. (I often have back pain if I don’t sleep in my heigh quality bed, but not here). We will come back for sure. I want to thank the guy who gave us 2 of the best massages we ever had. He is really talented and a big plus for the hotel.

The housekeeping didn’t knock before coming in. if you forget to put the do not disturb sign on then you’ll be surprise that the door will open while you’re sleeping. The internet in our room was crap. we were in 225 but our friends internet was fine.

property was beautiful, the ground was lovely, the gym very good, the spa is beautiful, although coming from the US I was suprise it was coed. imagine showering or going into the sauna and meeting the opposite sex. No one seem surprised. 🤷‍♀️

The junior suites are too far from the main facility and you are looking out over scrub land. Not attractive. I worried that there might be snakes so didn't really use the terrace which was a shame. This is adder land. I suspect this is to do with conservation and sadly we had just missed lavender which must be gorgeous when in bloom.

The food was good, the indoor pool amazing and the outdoor facilities good. Lunch menu not particularly Majorcian and would have preferred more choice. The junior suites are beautifully appointed and spacious but see below. You can get your 10k steps per day in four walks to the main buildings. A/C good which in the heat is important.

We were upgraded on arrival by one level but I would say the room was still a little small. There are two restaurants on site, one is more "gastronomique" and the other a bistro style with a bar. We stayed on a Monday and Tuesday night but it wasn't obvious when booking that the more relaxed restaurant and bar are closed on a Monday and Tuesday. We dined in the more "high end" restaurant on our first night but found the menu incredibly limited albeit the food was nice. Sadly, the hotel is too far to walk to anything. We didn't want two nights at the same restaurant with the same food so we opted to head out in our car and have a late lunch. They need to open the second restaurant all week long and offer a different menu between lunch and dinner.

Great views. Lunch menu good. Excellent facilities. Rooms clean. Greeted with a welcome glass of cava. Nice products in the room.

Becuase of remote location we would suggest a small shop selling basic goods that travellers require when on a short trip and a pizzeria for odd evening snacks for a change from fine dining fine dining
