Staff were amazing and so helpful - pool and rooftop were very peaceful. Location is perfect with great access to anything you’d want to see in Seville. Breakfast in the morning was also fresh and tasty

Size of the rooms. Our room is literally facing the reception area. It would have been nice if we were on a higher level. It does get noisy at times.

Just having a small bar would have been nice.

This was a gem of a hotel in a quiet but central location and so tastefully decorated. Thank you Fran for giving us such a beautiful room. The breakfast served in the sister hotel was top notch and we loved the rooftop pool. Both Fran and Laura were so hospitable and welcome.

My only complaint is the bed wasn't the best. I've had worse at hotels but it was on the extra firm side of tension. I travelled alone but if I had coke with my partner there would have been a storage issue. There was only one rack with 5 coat hangers.

The location is perfect. Its situated in a nice quiet place but between streets that are full of life. Its definitely worth staying this central in Seville. Makes the trip so much easier if you want to return. It's also great having the rooftop for some sun bathing. The staff were super friendly and the hotel itself is very cool. The bathrooms are especially nice.

From the moment of checkin to our checkout we were treated fantastic by a friendly and professional staff. The hotel is in a perfect location for easy walking to all Seville has to offer. The hotel is modern in architecture, clean, quite and beautiful. All amenities for a perfect stay! Thank you Sergio for you extra care. We hope to be back!

I couldn't turn on the heated towel rail. I beleiwe there wasn't a ventilation hood in the shower, so it became steamy after taking a shower. But that problem could be easily solved by opening a windown in the shower.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean. It wasn't noisy outside, so it was comfortable to sleep. The location was perfect. Perfect hot water pressure in the shower. The room was equipped with a small fridge (minibar). As a bonus, our 3 years old daughter lived with us in a double room without any additional charges.

This is the hotel chain that I want to visit their other locations when in Porto or Lisbon. Location is perfect. Right in the center. Room is quiet and smells clean. Bathroom is clean, equipments are new, and shower is comfortable. Breakfast is a plus even in Seville. The scrambled egg is the best I had.
