Small hotel, located near 1.5 km from the center of Oviedo. It offers a beautiful view of the city and the mountains. Quiet, clean, cozy. Many thanks to Alejandro for responsiveness, communication and assistance. The hotel has a good breakfast .

Alex the owner is a great host. Very helpful and thrilled that we enjoyed spending time relaxing in his garden as well as telling us about where to visit in Oviedo. The room had a fabulous view and was beautifully furnished with alpine furniture. Great homemade cake at breakfast!

we arrived in the dark and the GPS did not like the location making it difficult to find. the sign for the hotel being 60m away seems more like a kilometre. if you arrive in daylight I’m sure this would not be a problem.

this is such a beautiful and clean hotel throughout. the rooms are all different; spacious with natural light and quality furnishings. The host/owner is so caring and considerate his customer service was spot on.

If you're carrying heavy luggage, might be a bit difficult to take it to your room as there's no elevator or ramp. The beds were not very comfortable. Room is not very quiet you can hear everything happening in the room next to it.

Staff is extremely kind and really makes you feel welcome.

It is a slightly narrow steep lane up to the hotel for about 600 metres, from the main road.

The location is visually excellent, up high above Oviedo - great view out over the city. The room we had was excellent, really spacious with a balcony. It was also a 2-3km walk to the top of Pico Paisano to see the giant Jesus statue, though be warned it is a bit of a steep climb but again an awesome view. And, a similar distance down the hill to the city itself. It is also a good base for local outdoor activities e.g. the Senda del Oso. Alejandro was a great host, his English was excellent, he made really useful recommendations and breakfast was lovely. We would happily stay again.

There is nothing we didn’t like at all. Very narrow steep roads leading up to the property to be aware of.

An amazing couple who hosted us. Spoke excellent English. Could not do enough for us. The view from the room was amazing across Oviedo. The house is set on a hillside and well maintained. the room was immaculate.

Whilst it didn't bother us, the number of steps to access the hotel might not be suitable for some people.

A very genuine and warm welcome. The owner provided us with information about access into the city, what to see etc. The city is easily accessible by local bus in 10 mins for 1.20 Euro. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious - freshly squeezed orange juice, yoghurt with fruit and cereal. Ham, cheese and a nice slice of homemade lemon cake to finish. Excellent fresh coffee too Really nice rooms, spacious dining room with superb views over the city. We would return to Casa Camila any time.

The property is not fit for elderly travelers with to many luggage. You cannot park your car right at the door of reception. Not a problem for us, but it could be for others. There are 61 steps going down before you are at the property level. The view, the rooms and the breakfast room more than compensate for this little effort!!!

Last section of road is straight uphill. There are guest parking spaces which was very nice. (Let them know in advance you need this)

The room was really cold in the evening. We asked if the heating could be put on and was told ‘no’. A very thin summer quilt in October is not adequate and we found one blanket in cupboard but were still cold. Didn’t get a lot of sleep and bed creaked whenever you moved and mattress extremely hard. Still woke up cold the next day. Breakfast was not worth the extra money and we were the only ones having it so that says it all. Glad we only booked for one night, we won’t be back!
