Location and the customer service was exceptional. Front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgeable made us feel at home. The breakfast and all day snacks were excellent. The room was very quiet and the garden wall was nice as well.

All was great!!

Wonderful amenities. We had a corner room with a king bed. It was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. The location was very convenient to restaurants and shops. The staff was the best and was very friendly and helpful in directions to locations we needed to get to.

We had a loft (paradoxically on a lower floor than some other rooms), which was spacious and very comfortable. Location is very convenient and easy to get anywhere. Huge choices for local activities or eating. Staff were very helpful when needed.

I missed having a big mirror to shave. Breakfast was way too expensive so didn't even consider getting it.

I don’t usually give a five star rating but everything about this place was perfect. 8 minute walk to central Catalonia and minutes to Rival. Felt very safe. Boutique like hotel and just a great vibe. Loved all of the snacks they provided, from sandwiches to chocolates. Lots of thought went into utilizing the save in the rooms,

Only that the bus tour that we were on was unable to drop us off nearby due to the narrow street. It was a 5 minute walk with 5 suitcases on uneven streets but once we arrived we were thrilled with the property and staff. Thomas was particularly helpful and friendly!

The staff was great. The breakfast was incredible. Love having access to refreshments all day. Great location. Love the mini-lounge.

We did not do breakfast because we thought it was a little expensive and probably should have been included with the room rate of almost $300 per night. A minor issure since there ate so many restaurants in the area.

The location is central to many attractions, restaurants, shopping, and popular venues. Free coffee, fruit, and pastries in the morning on the rooftop terrace and the honors bar is a great service.

Nothing, it was very nice. If you want to include the breakfast in your booking there is some savings, but if you prefer to go out for coffee and pastry that is immediately available. There can be some street noise occasionally as expected for a hotel in a busy tourist district.

The staff at the Hotel were very nice and patient with questions about the local area. The room was large well decorated with comfortable beds walk in shower and tub. Elevators to rooms, and a breakfast cafe in the lobby. The location was easy walking distance to the Rambles (sic) the shopping area. Good quality restaurants within a very short walking distance 2 to 3 minutes and the lobby had double doors and 24 hour staffing.

We loved the way the hotel has been set up! 👌 One thing we thought it might be a bit different is the ceiling at the bar and the breakfast area. Very dark. It makes the place smaller and dark...

A special hotel! Every detail is thought of! Enjoyed staying and using the facilities! Also at the Bar we had a great time. The gentleman serving has a great flair and made us feel wonderful! Good drinks, nice conversations, a warm environment. The staff is very polite, helpful and efficient! Especially the front desk! Thank you all!

The pillows were a bit lumpy and the bed creaked. But, really, other than these two relatively small details, the place was phenomenal. We are returning at the end of our Spain trip there because we fly home from Barcelona and are really looking forward to returning.

Perfect location. The staff was amazing. Each day in the afternoon, there is a wide array of free snacks and beverages. Super helpful and the corner suite was truly fantastic. We couldn’t recommend it more.
