Excellent communication with Koen re checking in and departure. We were able to secure our bags at Casa Cosy for our last day. The apartment was extremely well equipped and not least was wonderfully located . Reccomend highly.

Noise travels in the building. We were on the first floor so we heard everyone climbing the stairs to their rooms. The doors are clunky so heard everyone arriving and leaving late at night, as well as the front gate. Even heard people's conversations in rooms next to and above us. No noise from streets just people staying.

Great communication, well organised check in/out, excellent location for old town, restaurants, transport. Very clean apartment, with little touches that make it better such as toilet roll provided, shower gel, washing up liquid, butter etc. 2 bedroom apartment perfect for us and our son.

Koen could not have been more helpful from the beginning of the booking process to the end of our stay. He helped with taxis to and from the airport, arranged welcome drinks, a map, information etc.. The apartment itself is well equipped, clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic; walking distance to all of the old town, the Cathedral, museums and squares/plazas. Túria park is 2 minutes walk away and we walked along it a few times - it took approx 1 hour to get to the City of Arts and Sciences. There are also countless bars and restaurants on the doorstep. We are already planning our return!

Great location in the old town and one a few minutes walk from the new part. Property was spotlessly clean, had everything you would need. Staff were great. We dealt with Koen. Always responded to any enquiry and followed up on anything. Would highly recommend and stay again. 🙂

Very good location, extremely central. The apartment is spacious, the kitchen is well equipped, the furniture is well maintained, the bathroom is clean and spacious. The apartment is close to means of transportation and to the main touristic attractions, but also quiet. The host was very responsive and helpful.

No lift😨…so it was challenging to bring luggages up & down the stairs…but not a fault on the property owner…

Bed is comfortable. Owner was nice to give a handful of butter & jam spread & some pastries AND a bottle of wine in fridge for us! Nice gesture to welcome us, just a pity we (all 4 of us) don’t drink alcohol.

Lovely spacious, clean apartment in a great location. Just a few minutes walk to the cathedral. Host was extremely friendly and kept us fully informed with regards to key collection, airport transfers if needed, and metro/walking instructions. Bottle of Cava, water and oranges left as a welcome - very thoughtful. Restaurants and shops in the same street as the apartment.

The location is excellent. You are in the middle of the old town and only minutes from the Turia. The apartment was a great size - there were 4 of us and we didn't feel like we were on top of one another. It was very clean and was well stocked. The beds were also very comfy. The host kindly arranged taxi's for us too.

Had everything you needed. Especially liked the folder with the Restaurant and Flamenco tipps. There was also the basic equipment you needed to cook and you don’t want to buy for 2 days like oil and salt. Location was amazing in the old town. Air condition worked good. Owner answered really fast.
