Oddly, the beds were not as comfortable as expected. Still, I would stay again.

Beautifully renovated old stone farmhouse. The renovation was done with the finest of materials and with excellent taste. Wood floors, stone corridors, fireplaces, polished wood beams - exquisite. The environment is beautiful and relaxing, including an outdoor terrace overlooking grazing horses. It is right on a short side route of the Camino, offering beautiful scenery and a brief respite from the crowds. Bathrooms are spotless and extravagantly appointed.

Once again, a rural casa converted into a medium size boutique hotel. Big rooms. Nice cafe and seating area inside and outside. A beautiful set of antique objects, radio, wall clock , etc. Good food. Owner Fernando a great host.

Sink was really tiny. The restaurant was closed due to the chef being ill, so options were very limited (pizza was made for us). No restaurants nearby for options as hikers.

Very clean and modern yet placed in very rustic and well preserved historic structure. Pool was also very nice.

What a special place. There is a museum in the historic part of the property. I mean multi-room wow museum. The facility is new and amazing. Clean, well maintained, showers were excellent and private bathrooms had towel warmers for example. Just really expertly designed and executed construction. Full bar, good food, and just a great place to take your ease. Right next to a spit in the Camino (this is actually on the older trail) it gets you off pace from the crowds. Breakfast was on point with coffee waiting before service.

Our bedroom was a little small and there was no fridge, something we had come to expect especially in more expensive rooms.

A lovely restored farmhouse and barns alongside the Camino. The new pool looked inviting but there was a chilly wind in May. Countryside around was lovely and restful.

Honestly there isn’t anything I can say negatively about the property. Its lovely.

This place is absolutely lovely. I’m so glad we chose to stay here. The staff/owners are so friendly and inviting and help with anything you need. The pool was perfect after a long walk on the Camino. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The included breakfast is delicious. And dinner was great as well. You can’t go wrong with this place.

Fernando is a wonderful host, he’s laid back and enjoys spending time with guests. he’s done an amazing job updating this building, very modern touches while preserving the history. it’s outside of Melide in the countryside, 2km walk to town. right along the Camino. they provided a crib and high chair for our baby. we didn’t use the pool but it looked beautiful and well kept. all the staff were very friendly and helpful. thanks for having us! highly recommend.

this place should be titled an Oasis outside of Melide. I chose to stay for 4 days and taxi back and forth to my starting /stopping points on the Camino was the most relaxing days on the camino as I would come back and the place was spotless everyday. The best part was the pool to soak my feet every evening after walking. The staff are working hard to speak English so patience and a translating app work’s excellent. if i ever come to Melide again i would stay here.

The food side of it can be improved, breakfast and restaurant, but I am sure they will do it. Also ventilation to cool down the rooms in summer. A fridge would be welcome too.

I liked the location, hardly hearing any signs of civilization. Also the attention from the girls in reception. It is brand new and some things need to be improved with experience, but I am sure it will get even better. We had a misunderstanding about an extra bed and they managed to solve it in record time.

none of this is complaint but rather constructive criticism overall the hotel was lovely and we would highly recommend. It is a bit in the middle of nowhere so if on foot can be a bit of a walk to the town, this wasn’t much of a problem for us but would be ideal to stay with a car or for one night on foot. The hotel could have a wider variety of snacks throughout the day to solve the issue of having to go to the shops. the double room was quite snug for two people but the twin was the perfect size. The hotel is situated next to an old cow stables, that we’re giving off a poor smell that was noticeable in the pool, the fence surrounding the hotel could be prettier for a really serene feel when in the pool. Definitely the food could be improved and variety of options. The hotel also seemed to have a real ant problem in the evenings. These were all very minor things and we would stay again.

The property was lovely, tranquil and clean. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable we even asked to stay an extra night which they gladly accommodated for us. The twin room was spacious and the bathrooms were lovely. The pool was beautiful and the hotel was overly well equipped.

No personnel is available on the ground the whole day. A pitty is about 500 meters from beach, A bit hot in the room and it was not a sunny day. No común facilities, other than your room.
