Hotel was gorgeous! Beautifully designed rooms and very well-appointed bathrooms. The staff was extremely friendly. Location was great- very close to restaurants, attractions and transportation.

Nearly nothing to dislike. There are steps in some places to get to rooms after the elevator, just be aware.

Fantastic location for a couples weekend trip to Seville. Rooftop pool and bar overlooking the Setas de Sivillas, and close to all the tourist attractions and shops.

Lack of storage- some drawers for smaller bits of clothing would have been good. Would also have liked a shelf in the shower cubical to put things like face wash

Would have liked the offer of tourist advice on arrival, but as there were other people checking in, I felt that we were rushed through and not given as much info as we had from other hotels on our trip

The roof top bar and small plunge pool were fab after a hot day sightseeing. The location was excellent with a short walk through winding streets to the main squares, Cathedral and Alcázar. There Is a taxi rank on the far side of the Mushroom and there are plenty of local restaurants, cafes, bars and ice cream shops at hand. The round Seville bus tour can be picked up from the square 5minute’s walk away

I had a courtyard facing room so when curtains are drawn people walking upstairs or on the same floor could see into my room but it wasn’t a problem for me

I liked the central location, you could walk to most of the tourist attractions in under 30 minutes.

The central location makes it also louder in the night. We had a room on the first floor. Because of the wooden floors you hear the sound of people walking on the 2nd floor. Also the drain of other toilets was behind the wall of our bed. When people flush the toilet in the middle of the night the noise is really loud and hard to sleep.

The location was perfect. In the center close to all the attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was good. The rooms are large and clean.

Location was excellent. The roof top bar had wonderful views . The Reception staff were friendly and helpful in booking restaurants and Flamenco. A lovely breakfast everything you needed to start a busy day .An absolute wonderful find and would thoroughly recommend.

There was a tea/coffee making facility in the room but it didn't have any English breakfast tea and no milk/creamers . We didn't bother to request some to be fair so it was probably just an oversight .

Hotel location was ideal -not too far from the railway station and an easy walk to the main attractions. The decor is fresh and although the room wasn't large it was big enough for our three night stay. Bed was comfortable and shower good. Everywhere is very clean and the staff very helpful. We had complimentary water on arrival and chocolates left for the evening. We were also given a welcoming complimentary small desert in our room on our first afternoon. We didn't take breakfast in the hotel. The roof terrace is pretty and has tables and chairs and some loungers and a small plunge pool and a bar.

Great location, close to centre of city and everywhere reachable by foot. The hotel was a nice size, the staff were polite, knowledgeable and friendly. The Breakfast was great, a selection of cooked food was available along with the extensive cold buffet.

We had late night noise from corridors and adjoining rooms which disturbed our sleep, it claims sound proofed rooms but this is not accurate we could hear everything from the next room including them taking a shower. Recommend taking earplugs.

Great location, fabulous breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and loved the beautiful fragrance throughout. Roof bar was a great place to relax at the end of the evening. Good selection of toiletries and added touch of free fragrance spray to take home.

It was quite expensive but worth it if you want a quality hotel. Only niggle was the registration process was repetitive and I was asked for the same information a number of times.

This luxury hotel is located in heart of Seville. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was scrupulously clean, well equipped and extremely comfortable. A top class hotel.

Nothing to dislike!

Very traditional outside but beautifully clean with modern facilities. It’s nice and central, away from the main road. We had one of the cheap rooms with 2 large single beds. It was a large room with windows facing into the courtyard which made it very quiet. No street noise which suited us. Staff all very nice and helpful with good English (as we can’t speak Spanish unfortunately). Breakfasts were excellent, fresh fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice. Delicious cooked breakfast if you want it and tasty fresh bread. Also cold meats/cheese. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Wish there had been some drawers in the room to put things away- and some more hangars for the rail would have been very helpful.
