We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

PortugalThe only setback was the wifi. The network is quite bad in the room except for some small area where is slightly better. We had to do some unavoidable work and the access was very difficult. It's a point of improvement that does not affect the overall very good rating of this accommodation.
The room was very comfortable with all the expected amenities. The kitchen was in another house but just 20 m apart. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. There are currently some construction works in the garden that will make it very beautiful once it's completed.

United Kingdomshared kitchen .. be prepared to shop for basic food and drinks I.e. tea coffee these are not provided . no kettle or coffee / tea making in bedroom .,
fabulous staff extremely welcoming homely .. naturally cool historic house self contained .. kitchen shared .. meals not provided .. facilities good.. as a wheelchair user with carer not perfect but manageable bathroom shower Accessable .. took own commode chair for shower ., toilet height suitable for transfer from chair to loo.. safety drop down support arms allowing for movement either side of loo and able to place wheelchair close to facilitate transfer. sink s little high might be a potch if individuals can’t stand unaided… I had chair with rising seat a must for all wheelchair users in any so called Accessable accommodation. rear access to property. foam mattress to bed .. which I personally don’t get on with because they restricts my movement .. overall met most of my needs I would stay again ..! more positives than a few negatives.. appropriate facilities can make or break a holiday let that states it is suitable for wheelchair users always do your research .. I confirmed with holiday let in advance to ensure heights and dimensions for items like bed height and loo height and wheel in shower as well as wheelchair space around loo and shower.. this property was ok ..! stress reduced holiday enjoyed confidence restored.. overall offered suitable facilities for me and my wife.. staff were fabulous..

Czech RepublicThe rooms didn't have air conditioning (one did, but it didn't work), but it turned out not to matter. The rooms have thick walls, there are trees around, so the temperature inside is kept reasonable. In the mornings there is a nice, crisp air, only the peacock makes a nice wake up call.
The accommodation is in a huge forest garden, with wonderful nooks and crannies. There are three peacocks walking around, a white rabbit hopping around and a spacious barbecue area by the wall at the end of the garden. The kitchen is on the ground floor, it is shared but well equipped and it is possible to eat outside where there are various tables. There are also two swings for the children. The rooms are spacious and modern with good, comfortable beds. There is a small swimming pool with natural cold water. Beyond the garden wall across the street is the town swimming pool in a grassy area with plenty of trees and refreshments, where there is a large pool and a smaller pool for children. Shops and restaurants are close by. We would go here again in a heartbeat if it wasn't so far away.
