Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThere are very few places to eat in the local area and none of which open for trade past 6pm. Also, the double bed in the accommodation had a slightly soft mattress for my liking, but may suit others.
An excellent place to stay in a beautiful village, perfect for young families. Masi is an absolute gentleman and couldn’t do more to help us. The accommodation is quiet, clean and comfortable, perfect for a quiet vacation. We will definitely be back to Lanzarote and will most certainly stay at this accommodation again in the future. Many thanks Masi for your hospitality.

United KingdomThin walls, could hear every footstep from upstairs, if your sound sensitive like me I’d recommend bringing white noise. There was a fan that helped drown the sounds out which was helpful.
Well maintained and clean. Perfect retreat away from the touristy parts of Lanzarote! Very close to the popular town of Haria. Masi is a very nice person, he greeted us at the property and also when we left got to say goodbye.

United KingdomThe nearest open store was in Haria, so keep that in mind there is no place to do daily groceries around. Ideally do your shopping before arriving to Maguez.
We were looking for simple accomodation in north Lanzarote for couple of days, as this area offers some amazing hiking spots. Room at Casa la Ermita was exactly what we were after - perfectly located, with parking spot, functional kitchen and comfortable resting area. Or room was more of a studio type, however it was spatious and well lit. Additionally there was a generally accessible washing machine available and nice terrace to use at the beginning and end of the day. Great communication with host who greeted us in person when we arrived and was always quickly responding over messenger during the stay!

IrelandThe apartment was freezing, like a fridge! We had to request extra blankets which helped but we still genuinely slept in our clothes, there are two tiny heaters that are a safety hazard and don't heat the apartment. The owner didn't really believe us and asked if it was colder than Ireland, the truth is, yes, inside the apartment it was. There was no water provided which we thought was a bit unthoughtful. It's normal for other places leave a bottle of water considering the tap water isn't drinkable. The owner checked us in quite late, at 930pm and told us we can't drink the water, would be easy to supply some like everywhere else, especially since we checked in late. Lucky we had some anyway. Lack of plugs and basic amenities. The shower is like someone peeing on you. We thought the apartment opened out to the pool but we were on the other side, there are 4 apartments sharing the space. One of the bedrooms has a window facing a shared corridor and the curtains aren't black out so when the neighbors were coming in late and turned on the hall light it illuminated the bedroom, just very disturbing. Beds not too comfortable. No check out instructions or final communication from owner. Not even a thanks for staying etc. Weird. Just disappointing. This is an honest review, no fabrication or lies. Surprised that it has such a high rating so perhaps we just had a terrible experience.
Nothing about the apartment. The town is tranquil and quiet. It's near some of the cool stuff up north.
