Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

For Nieves, the owner, the best thing is impaterial she dedicates all her love and her effort to put all her work into it. That is, in this charming cottage, with 2 bedrooms, kitchen open to the living room, very well organized every nook and cranny. Large patio with lovely flowers, sunbeds, patio/garden furniture. The kitchen is excellent, perfectly equipped and even with everything you need for cooking (oil, salt, pepper, sugar, dieter, tea, plus the basket with fruit from her own yard). Good quality mattress, hard! All spotless, white sheets, white towels. The white throughout the house gives a touch of cleanliness done perfectly. The internet is amazing! I have never seen such speed! 320Mbps! It even has hiking poles, beach umbrella, beach towels and sun lounger towels. The advices given by Nieves for places to visit, recommended restaurants, better than a tourist guide.

Apartment was more than I expected and great value. Me and my son felt immediately at home away from home. Couldn't have wished for more. Also great host, very informative with an extremely kind approach that makes you feel so at ease. Delightful all round. Went outside in the evening and never seen so many stars in the night sky.

UkraineAwesome house with two bedrooms and all facilities - I’d like to stay there for a couple of month if I could :) Nice lady met us near the house at 12 a.m.! And a bottle of local vine waited for us in the fridge. 10 minutes by foot to San Antonio museum, 15 minutes by car to Playa de Nuevo. Highly recommend!

I have always had good experiences in La Palma, and this was the best of all. Our host was lovely and the house has everything you would need. It was like being at home with holiday quality. We travel for landscape photography, outdoor sports, and sea food. We like to have a full kitchen and this place was perfect. The illumination of the garden, and surroundings follow correctly the measures of a starlight reserve; you can see the milky way core with bare eyes from your garden!
