Not much to be fair,but here's something:We always buy our necessities in Supermarket,tea coffee,sugar,salt,pepper,sauce,mayo etc and then it ends up in the bin I assume.If it wasleft there for next guests I'm sure it'd be appreciated..Just an idea..

The Location,the apartments themselves are excellent and comfortable..The peace at night.

The food in the restaurant was simple, but very well done. Bar staff were friendly and polite. Location was perfect for us, about 10 to 15 minute walk to the centre of the bay so nice and quiet at night.

Toilet and shower very close to bed area and only frosted glass door separate them. Studio apartment.

Excellent location and parking. Room very clean comfortable. Roof top,pool a bonus.

The bathroom could have been cleaner, the shower leaked over the floor outside, and the bathroom sink drain/water smelt of sewerage, so had to wash and brush teeth in the kitchen sink. Didn't mention it to the hotel as we were only there for 3 nights.

It was quite a walk from the town and beach but this isn’t the fault of the hotel. I would still go back.

Had to check out day before requested for additional service rather than refund was declined. Would come back each year but because this situation maybe not now. Kitchen appliances kept breaking down but we were understanding and managed by sharing through both apartments we had to cook . Cooker broke Shower door got stuck Micro wave stopped working Hairdryer was not working also. As we had two apartments was manageable .

Not daily cleaned, only every 2 days, used cutlery and coffee cups were not washed on the cleaning process. the apartments are convenient for self use but could have a litle more cooking tools. Missing air conditioning, it was cooled with the window opening but this was initial spring time 27º in Ibiza and still at night was complicated, I believe in summer should be difficult to get the room cooling down.

Good overall facilities, but was surprised there was no daily cleaning, did not note that inf. on the booking process, staff was available and nice, Good adults pool, this is very family oriented Resort but worked well on our visit participating in the Ibiza Multisports event. parking area was a good plus.

Overall everything was really good! Although it is self catered we personally thought that some extra things could be supplied to prevent waste, such as- washing up liquid, cloths, scourers etc. Noise from other rooms transfers through the walls and vents.

Spacious flat, lots of pools, Rooftop adult only pool was brilliant, great value for money, free parking, not too far from city centre and beaches.

Stayed in the new section, room was modern and large. Very comfortable and good value for a quieter few days on the island. Staff were great, very clean thankyou for a great relaxed stay with family.

lift broke whilst there, with a baby and pram not ideal. considering you can’t drink the tap water in ibiza, the only vending machine with large bottles ran out - had to buy tiny expensive bottles from the bar. the walk into town got a bit annoying even for a short trip but nothing can do fine about that! family entertainment was given to the entire restaurant, a specific area or dedicated days for this should be well communicated to give people a choice on whether to participate.

property was clean, bed linen and towels changed every two days, very accommodating staff, reasonable onsite restaurant prices, very clean pools, and the number of pools to choose from great!! also the baggage store and access to showers and towels after check out was a nice touch.

If you're planning to spend a lot of time in Ibiza town, you will then have to spend a lot of time in taxis.

The electricity to the room didn't work without the one key card in the slot in the wall - so nothing would charge whilst we were out of the room. In addition the elcetricity would go out at night as well - we left at 6.30am and it still wasn't on - which explains why our ice creams were aways practically melted in the small freezer compartment on day 2! Also the water stopped mid way through a shower so I had to wash my child's conditioner out with bottled water at one point. The restuarant's snack food was average.

This is a great hotel and the apartments are smart, clean and functional. The staff are friendly and the pools all had floaties on them for the children and adults amusement. There was a fun entertainment guy who encouraged the children and adults to play at points during the day. We really enjoyed our stay.

well maintained hotel. my room was in what looks to be a newer extension to the main hotel. rooms were very clean, great bathroom and powerful shower. My only issue was around some basics missing from my particular room - however I chose not to ask the hotel to sort for me as I was only staying 3 days. I am however confident that the hotel would have resolved these matters for me without drama if I had asked them.

The kitchen could be better equipped, it was very basic with only a couple of rigs to cook on. Also no plugs in kitchen area for the kettle/toaster which isn't ideal.

The staff were very friendly and the kids loved the organised games. The location is good, near some lovely beaches and great for the supermarket. Town is a bit of a walk but we didn't mind that.
