We are in our 70's so this is simply to advise that access to the apartment is via some long steep steps. Inside the apartment there are a number of level transitions involving various steps. As this is an old building in the historic centre, this is perhaps to be expected.

The location is right in the heart of Toledo. The apartment is cosy and very clean. The breakfast selection was ample. Communication with the owner was easy and she responded quickly and efficiently.

Great location in the heart of Toledo. Parking was not provided but the parking garage was only 2 blocks away and monitored 24 hours. The host gave exceptional driving directions to navigate the narrow streets of Toledo to the parking garage. Breakfast in the apartment was provided with coffee, juice, milk, breads, etc, all left for our consumption. The jam was exceptional! It was a short walk from the apartment to all the main attractions in Toledo, the supermarket, and other shopping. Very quiet and comfortable at night.

Breakfast is a little too simple and we would have been better to go out and buy our own. It consisted of bread, jam, cookies, orange juice, nesquik and milk. It wasn't really what we expected and not enough for the five of us.

The host provided a lot of really useful information and made sure we were prepared. Great location with public car park very close. Very spacious apartment. Great having a washing machine on our travels

The sets of stairs from the bedrooms and second set in the passage made getting to the bathroom during the night tricky.

Great location, near the Cathedral. The holiday flat was comfortable, well set up and very clean. Emma went out of her way to give us early access to the accommodation, so we could go directly from the train station. Thank you for your kindness, Emma!

Location was great. No easy to park but we reached to figure it out. apartment was so lovely, really charming and really much appreciated to have few things to eat for the breakfast. It could be better to get just 2 more things for the breakfast: butter and milk. Kitchen is well equipped, everything you need is there!

We were very happy with the property; I would note that there’s no elevator, as the apartment is part of the old town, built long before such inventions.

The apartment had nicely apportioned living space and bedrooms, and was in a great location, about 250 m from the Toledo Cathedral. The rooms were very quiet and the beds were comfortable. The owner was very pleasant and helpful, and communications were excellent. There was a convenient car park 2 blocks away.

old properties don’t have elevators- so luggage has to be carried up the steps. However, Emma helped us.

Emma was terrific- met us & answered all our questions. when we had an issue she came over right away & resolved it. Her English is very good. This was a very enjoyable stay & so well located to walking around the old town of Toledo.

There is nothing we didn't like about Casa Manuela - honestly nothing!

Casa Manuela was perfect in everyway - the location super convenient, the accommodations lovely and comfortable, and the owner Emma is absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great experience during our quick stay in Toledo. She helped us book our appointments for mandatory covid tests for return to US, she met us to bring an extra set of keys when we locked ourselves out, and she even found us after check out to deliver our phone charger and international converter which we left in the apartment. It was great to have the fridge stocked with juice and milk, as well as bread, cookies and treats for our breakfast. The beds were extremely comfortable and kitchen perfectly stocked for us to cook a couple of times during our stay. I cannot recommend Casa Manuela highly enough - this place is a gem and Emma is just wonderful.

Lots of steps to get up to the accommodation (not a deal-breaker but useful to know ahead of time). Breakfast was included in our booking but it left a bit to be desired. I would love to see fresh fruit, maybe some eggs and ham in the fridge, and some nice local bread. The beds are made of memory foam - both the mattresses and the pillows, which may be to other guests' liking but unfortunately we found the pillows far too high so we slept without them.

The accommodation is really lovely, very comfortable, bright and ideal location.
