The room was clean and cosy, nicely decorated, as well as the building itself. It is close to the centre but on a quieter street. The value for money is very good, considering Seville has obviously become a rather expensive city. We had good communication with the owner, we also followed one of the recommendations for a restaurant nearby and it was a really nice place.

Easy walking distance to all the main sights of Seville but in a quieter area so no disturbance during the night. Nice roof terrace. Comfortable bed and good shower. Fridge with tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We were extremely lucky to find a parking space right outside. Close to good restaurants.

The fact that my partner and I only stayed for one night. I wish we had stayed longer, for sure.

We loved the location. Our room was on the first floor. The room was the perfect size for the two of us. It was also very clean and comfy. I was very impressed that the bathroom, especially, was very clean—a wonderful experience. Raúl was very helpful, friendly, and nice. He was very patient with us since we spoke very little Spanish. After check-out, we were able to leave our bags in the storage room and pick them up later that day. We picked up our stuff around 19:00-19:30. Since the property was very secure, that put our minds at ease. Seville is a wonderful place, and so is Casa Pureza!

As with many accommodations in Andalusia, the isolation is not great. If you have noisy neighbors you can easily hear them.

Nice, small place close to the river in Triana. The location is good, close to main sights and the city center, with plenty of restaurants and bars around but without the noise. Everything was well taken care of: clean, good bed, warm shower etc. The decoration and balcony/roof top terrace are a bonus. I'm happy I chose to stay at this place, liked the small scale of it and could stay here again.

We visited in the winter, and the apartment was rather humid and slightly smelled of mould. I think it's just how it is in older buildings in the region, but if you're allergic, make sure to have your allergy pills.

Very good location (close to the city centre, lots of interesting bistros, pubs, and restaurants around), kind and helpful owner, cute design (interiors, lovely patio). Easy to check in. The apartment was furnished just as advertised. Overall a great place to stay for a few nights.

There is no mechanical ventilation in the shower, so the room gets damp pretty quickly

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Shops and restaurants are close by, and in 15 minutes you can walk all the way to Sevilla center. Host is very friendly and helpful, making it easy to check-in and out. Room has all the basic facilities you expect in any hotel room.

we knew there was no window in the room, but since the room is very small, there was no other option than to turn on the A/C (after a while it gets hot and sticky). The A/C was making some strange noise, but most importantly, it is located in the room just above the bed. Consequently, the cold air blows just above your head, and you also get all the noise. Moreover, since the room was located on the first floor, you get all the noise from the staircase, people smashing doors at 1 a.m., etc. This was quite disturbing, especially since we wanted a quiet room. The room price was very OK for Sevilla, just be aware that if you choose this room, there are some issues (however compensated by the lower price).

location very nice, walking distance to the city, restaurants and shops are close. Check-in and communication without any problems. The host was available via WhatsApp, gave us tips for restaurants, etc - very welcoming and reacting immediately. Comfortable beds, the room was clean and OK.
