The place was very clean, and it's located in a beautiful area, close to the Los Gigantes and not far away from Masca and Puerto de la Cruz. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was always very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying there!

I had a room with 2 single beds put together, they were quite different, one was not comfortable the other one was ok. You hear a lot from the corridor and other room, sadly my neighbors were quite noisy both night until around 11.30pm

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy parking on the street. The room is small but comfortable, everything you need for a few days. The staff were always smiling and very polite. Great breakfast.

our room had a pretty bad view, people going to the jacuzzi were walking right around our window so we had to keep our curtains closed, the cleanliness could be better - especially in the bathroom (some hairs on the floor) - the bathrooms could also use some renovation + there were no toiletries the room smelled a bit humid but that's almost everywhere in Tenerife

Everything was more than pleasant. The hospitality and warmth of the staff and the happy conversation with the other guests over breakfast. The lovely peaceful outdoor facilities with that amazing jacuzzi and that tiny cute village up in those green mountains. I loved it all.

Very nice host, great breakfast with homemade cake, beautiful location for hiking and visiting pretty villages, nice colourful room, nice rooftop terrace, and the b&b is in a nice little village on the hill.

Recommended by all ten!! The guys at the accommodation helped us a lot with our late arrival, with spare keys when we slammed them in the car, with calling the rental company. They prepared a BBQ for us, a delicious breakfast. I'm sure you will be as happy here as we were. Thank you ❤️

Lovely decor and very friendly hosts. The patio area was very nice for sitting outside. We particularly liked being able to help ourselves to hot drinks at any time. Having breakfast in the beautifully decorated breakfast area was very pleasant.

paid espresso coffee, shower curtain which was sticking to the wet body (gross), wicker chair in the bathroom full of dust and decoloured toilet seat. I can imagine that having a room facing the street could be very noisy in the night. Sharp disinfectant smell when we entered the room. It could be great if breakfast could be served on the terrace and not next to front door and reception. Sheet to cover duvet or bed cover instead of proper bedsheets.

- Wi-Fi could be better, as sometimes it was not the best one (if someone is working), but in general it was ok for the standard use.

The personel is very friendly and helpful. I like the atmosphere in the apartment, where music with Tenerife screens was displayed the whole time! Breakfast was ok. Big + for free non limited water, tea and coffee! Guests can also use free jacuzzi! The localization was great, with big free parking around. It was very good stay, if I back to Tenerife in the future, for sure will stay here!

Nice location, if you want to walk in the Santiagovalley. Very friendly staff. Using old furniture and things in good way . Good breakfast -personal. Good outdors resting.
