Unfortunately we were kept awake most of the night by municipal street cleaning. No idea how often this occurs but it ruined our night there. Not the fault of the accommodation but it happened.

Beautiful room and lovely facilities - the shared kitchen and especially the roof terrace were amazing. Perfect location too.

This hotel goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort and is really good value. The rooftop terrace is a beautiful addition to all the other amenities provided. Perfectly placed for the few good restaurants in Arcos.

We stay just one night, just the lift is not existing but we are in a old building, it is normal

Receipt of the guests is a bit in-personal as there is no one around to welcome the guests on arrival. We find the price, especially for the first night, quite overrated.

The place is excellent and met all our expectations. Service and communications were very accurate. The roof terras is fantastic; we would have loved to enjoy it. The bad weather was a bit of a spoiler- so we'll have to come back once the syn is shining again.

Great place. Very central and all the comforts you could ask for. The complimentary drinks in our room were plentiful and a very nice gesture a very comfortable room nicely kitted out. The shared kitchen is a lovely bonus. It had more complimentary drinks, fruit, tea coffee etc which was great. The roof area has a lovely seating sunbathing area although we did not use it as the weather was too cold. It is all very nicely done up.

We got really nice and spacious room, great value for money. The host was really nice, send us a lot of recommendations of places worth visiting nearby. In the room there was a small fridge with free drinks which was nice surprise after a long day of travelling

Very comfortable and charming place and very attentive people, best client experience ever! Extra comfort with remote access to all necessary facilities, fridges with drinks in the rooms, small kitchen with some free bites and coffee. Location is also the best taking into account possibility to find parking around. Thank you very much for welcoming us in such extreme last minute!!!

Our room didn't have great air circulation and we couldn't get it really dark at night.

Great location, responsive host, clean place. We had a great time here. Really enjoyed the town. They even provided snacks and drinks. An easy walk to old town, yet not in the restricted driving area.

This place was so calm and peaceful! Aside from some other visitors, we didn’t see anyone and had the common places mostly to ourselves. Very nicely decorated, they really had design and comfort in mind. The sun terrace is amazing, especially in the morning or the late evening.

When the guests in the room next to ours flushed their toilets, our bathroom started to smell very bad, like sewage. We had to lock the bathroom door to be able to sleep without the smell bothering us.

The decoration was very nice. We appreciated the natural light inside the building and the terrace was lovely. Also, it was very nice to have free drinks.
