The host was extremely nice and helpful regarding where to eat and general information about the area. Breakfast was perfect with homemade bread and pastries. Parking was available under cover. A very peaceful location with a stream running by the property which was the only sound from the balcony in the evening. Room were spacious with facilities for tea and coffee.

Everything went well. Lourdes is an exceptional hostess. She made sure we were comfortable, offered an amazing breakfast with homemade yoghurt and bread, among other delicious things. I felt taken care of, looked after. She went out of her way to make our stay wonderful! We had a lovely view of a bucolic landscape, the most comfortable bed, big room. This rural house is beautiful. I will return hopefully every year at least.

There was an extra charge to use the kitchen. We didn't use it to save money but it would've been nice to have access to it for free.

The location was quiet and in a lovely rural area but not too rural that amenities were far away. I loved seeing the nearby farm animals and the view from our room of the owner's garden was lovely.

The place is super, super clean and the host is really taken care of you. You can ask her anything and she will be of service. It is a very nice location to visit Bilbao (it is a 20 minutes drive), have hikes in the country and go to the beach ( a 10 minutes drive).

Our host was excellent. She was very friendly, offering suggestions on where to eat, and provided us with a comfortable stay. I suggest future visitors include the breakfast - she bakes everything fresh each morning.

The location is stunning, the house is beautiful and everything is spotlessly clean. The host is wonderful and the breakfast is delicious. Our room and bathroom were very spacious. The view was amazing and we could hear the gentle sound of the stream. Absolutely recommend it.

the walls of the rooms are a little thin, I could hear talking and cell phones pinging. had earplugs so all solved.

A very nice location in a quiet hilly area. very nice and comfortable room, good bed and floor heating in the bathroom. heating works but was not necessary. beautiful common areas as well as a balking, patio and kitchen, and private parking. wry nice chat with the owner, thanks for the stay!

Bad reception mobile phone & challenging internet connection . Although ideal to disconnect/ unplug and for a get away feeling.

The nature and tranquility of place, the interior design and architectures, the comfort, the staff & helpfulness of Lourdes. The friendly welcome. Easy access to beach of Bakio and city of Bilbao. Easy access to highway and still cocooned in nature.

It would have been good to have facilities for making hot drinks outside of breakfast times.

The breakfast was excellent with fresh bread made on the premises, choice of cooked eggs and fresh orange juice. The owner could not have been more friendly and helpful making restaurant reservations for us.

Can’t think of anything I didn’t like!

Peaceful rural location 20 mins outside Bilbao. Comfortable clean room with en-suite bathroom (good shower over bath). Friendly owner, Lourdes, who spoke v good English, laid out fantastic breakfast with homemade bread, cakes and jam.

there’s really nothing I didn’t like

i absolutely adore the interior! the whole place with its handpicked furniture is really special and gorgeous to look at! the rooms are very big and very Cody! the mattress was comfortable and the linen was made to have nice dreams in! uh and the breakfast!!! handmade bread,ä and yogurt, local ingredients, lovely atmosphere, not an all you can eat buffet kind a thing! one can taste that the owner made everything with love! it’s also very quite, the only sounds you’ll hear are from the birds around! there’s so much space to chill out and enjoy yourself!
