Unfortunately we were disturbed for over an hour around 2.30 a.m. by the people below us. They were speaking quietly but the sound-proofing was obviously inadequate and their voices were a constant hum in the room.

Absolutely stunning view over estuary. The breakfast, taken on the balcony overlooking the estuary, was well beyond expectations with individual trays of fruits, meats and pastries served to each table. Our room was at the back of the property, hence no view of the estuary, and only a limited view of the rear garden. However, the bed was extremely comfortable and the room very clean.
