The property was extremely spacious with plenty of room for all the family. Facilities were superb, with everything you could possibly need. The heated swimming pool and jacuzzi were especially good. The property is a little remote but this adds to its charm. Fantastic views from the terrace. A hire car is essential.

Some equipment and furniture should be replaced or at least repaired (e.g. pull-out tray in the kitchen). The house keeper communicates only in Spanish. Problems with flushing toilets (paper must not be flushed). The toilet in the middle room is equipped by a "mixing pump" that is electrically powered. When we arrived the circuit breaker was turned off so the pump was out of order and it seemed the toilet is obstructed. Turning on the circuit breaker solved the problem...

Nice place, and quiet surroundings. Good locality for making car trips to different places. The private pool and fireplace for barbecue is advantageous. Private parking places are sufficient for 2 or 3 cars.

Very relaxing, peaceful location by a farm. Villa was very clean and exceeds expectations as photos really don’t show how stunning it is. We all enjoyed it so much.

If people have young children just be aware of the walk down the road. (Car needed if possible) but taxis are very reliable.

This villa was excellent.10 of us travelled from the Wirral. England The villa was clean and tidy. Very spacious for the amount of people we had in the villa so no one was under anyone's feet. The separate areas ment we could have our own space if we needed it. The main part of the villa was a wow factor, when you walked in the main living room was big with plenty of room to relax of an evening. This has 1 main bedroom with onsuite bathroom. The kitchen, pantry area was big enough to cook in with 2 fridge freezers, 2 dishwashers and stoves 1electric and 1 gas with a separate oven with plenty of cutlery and dishes to go around everyone. Outside on the patio was a table for 10 people and seating area with BBQ. The view of the sky and mountains was amazing especially of an evening when the sun goes down behind the mountains and gives of a lovely glow. Outside the front door was a further table with chairs to chill and have a cuppa. Just down the stairs there was a swimming pool which was big enough for 10 people and shower area, also there was a jacuzzi big enough for no more than 6 people this was very enjoyable. There are a further 3 rooms 2 double rooms and 1 room with 2 single beds and separate bathroom. This includes a laundry area and rotary drier. And a further separate room with double bed and onsuite bathroom. All rooms very spacious, clean and tidy with towels provided for beach and bathroom use. I would definitely return to this villa again.

Nothing really , maybe more fans as it was warm when we were there

Large, great views , comfortable beds. The pool was nice and warm and the hot tub was good , there is plenty of cooking facilities and two fridges

Villa is obviously for commercial use with little love put in. Real communication problems between hosts and guest: we had 10am via booking.com agreed to leave and cleaners entered the building telling us to get out as they had been told to clean at 9am.

Excellent location for a quiet retreat. Good facilities and close to all necessary amenities by car. Superb diving and snorkeling locations close by. Very close to airport and central hub by car. No traffic or social noise whatsoever. Superb view from all terraces and pool area.

Two of the bedrooms (the master suite and the twin room) had an ant problem, so we had to buy some ant traps. There was a bit of confusion around deposits, as nobody arrived on the first day to collect the deposit and on the day of checkout, we had to call the maintenance manager to come and return the deposit and take the keys off us. Maybe some clearer communication is needed between the owners and manager. The entrance to the driveway is also in need of some repairs as the stones are starting to give way.

The villa itself was lovely. The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic and the kitchen was wonderful. The villa is really well situated, and it was easy to get around the island while being a short walk into Puerto del Carmen. Our hosts were incredibly gracious and provided lots of very useful information about the area, as well as very clear information about arrivals.
