No wardrobe,no drawers for clothes, you have a clothesrack with 4! hangers for 2 people, no waterpressure in the shower, switchboard is buzzing constantly ( at night it can be annoying), chandelier and the whole room is shaking while upstair neighbour is walking around ( old building/construction). Cleaning lady tried to come in twice without knocking, luckily i had the key in the lock. Couch is small and not very comfortable.

Location is perfect, very comfortable bed, beautiful decor, equipped kitchen, bathrobes, contactless and very easy check-in and entry. Free parking and supermarket around the corner. Central AC heating for winter, smart TV.

Lovely hotel, we came for 3 days but ended up extending our stay for another week 🥰 it's a lovely hotel and lovely staff who were in touch with us online. And those lovely textiles, we ordered one for ourselves after our visit!

Hard to shower without soaking the entire bathroom floor!

Stayed in a 3rd floor apartment overlooking the church. Great location for exploring Alcoy, the apartment was lovely, spacious and quiet and well equipped, with quality toiletries, robes, slippers etc. Easy parking close by.

The room is beautiful, with all the necessary facilities for a short stay. Access to the apartment was very easy and well explained. The location is perfect, surrounded by good bars/restaurants, and with a supermarket just round the corner!

Toilet roll poor quality & the shower needs to be glassed in as it was impossible to stop the water from the shower head leaking all over the floor.

Everything - wonderful experience the location omg 😳 Gorgous brilliant fantastic Air Con was amazing! Room B3 loved it!! Decor blew me away! Like an apartment in Knightsbridge/ Mayfair! The church bells were a hidden joy - Truely amazing! Friendliest most helpful people in Alcoy! Great restaurants in Alcoy town centre! Thriving ! Very moved by how everyone was willing to help me as my Spanish is poor! Cleaning g lady was great to from Morroco! Left a tip! Was super impressed - thank you for looking after me and everyone keeping my room spotless! Anne it’s galore! Washing machine in basement! Brilliant with ALLproducts! Iron boards were decent not cheap and cheerful iron was great to didn’t leak like you l’d usually expect! The sounds of birds near the lift as you walked in - very powerful indeed! The interior design left me speechless and the mirrors ! I’ll be back

A lovely building and tastefully furnished. Studio rather than apartment, but so large and well-designed to avoid being cramped. A quiet but central location within reach of the fabulous modernist and industrial heritage of this fascinating town.

The water heater was very small and we ran out of hot water both in the evening and morning. Not too much of an issue but something to be aware of.

The location was excellent, it was very clean, easy communication with staff, the room was large and comfortable and gave us room to spread out. the balcony had a nice view and it was very quiet. There is a nice size elevator as well.

This must be one of the nicest apartments we ever stayed. The view was amazing from both sides of the apartment and especially from the big terrace facing the church, which even in winter was catching some sunny hours. The apartment is huge and beautifully decorated. The check-in/check-out was smooth and easy and public parking was free just a minute walk down the road. We hope to be back some day!
