The only thing that is a little problem, is trying to find the apartment from the central hotel check in location. But once you do, you will find the journey from one to the other is worth it.

It was a very large and clean apartment in the middle of the beautiful old city. It is in walking distance to many shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend to others.

Kitchen only supplied with minimal items and lacked a kettle, saucepan lid and bottle opener.

Veronica was very nice and communicative. The bed was the most comfortable I have slept in in Spain. The place was clean, location good. Check in required that I go to a different location first, but it was easy and clearly explained. Would stay again.

First of all, no reception on site, more like an airbnb. I have to pick up the keys from another location about half a mile away dragging my luggage back and forth. Booking.com didn’t mention anything at the website, you have to contact the hotel to get the keys. No coffee or tea or kitchen in the apartment, no kettle. If you’re a tea person like me, this is not the place for you. The shower is difficult to get in and out as the glass divider is in the way. See pictures below. Lots of windows but blocked by walls you can’t see anything.

Great location next to the Cathedral, walking distance to all major attractions. Clean and spacious room with a living room.

There were two things that caused my poor review. 1. The bed was absolutely terrible. It was rock hard but worst part was that the mattress was covered in a heavy thick plastic that made noise and crinkled with the slightest of movements. Really? I expected much better. The bed situation alone would cause me to not recommend this accommodation to anyone. 2. When arriving we were advised to download and use an app to gain access to the unit. The app would not work and did not allow access. We called the number provided and were advised to go to another location in the town to pickup a physical key. They actually expected us to drag our luggage through the old town to go pickup a key - unbelievable. It would have been much easier for them to come to us. However, the worst part was that I was totally unable to understand where we were being told to go to get the key. Turns out the key was at another of their hotels in the main town square called - Plaza de Zocodover. Fortunately, there was a local standing nearby who overheard us on the phone and directed us where to go. Picked up the key no problem. Toledo is a lovely hilltop town rich in history but the hotel was very disappointing.

The location in the centre of the old town was good. The apt was difficult to find but once there the apt was well situated in relation to the sights.

The parking was very difficult. The closest parking garage was full. We had to find another place to park. Then drag our luggages to a place to pick up the key since it was after 8pm. Then we had to drag our luggages to the hotel. This whole process was extremely tiring and took us over an hour. Next morning we wanted to store our luggage at the front desk after checking out. But there was no one at there when we left the hotel around 10:30. No service or any help that they offer to make sure our stay was good. We did not get to meet with a single person at the hotel or receive any help. They did not ever respond when we messaged them the picture of key we dropped at the desk. Very disappointed at the hotel.

The size of the room is good.

internet stopped working after some hours (cable disconnected). only 1 shampoo and body cream left while we booked for two days. Same for the coffee. The fridge turns off when you remove the card so it rings all the time about high temp.

The internet access was somewhat “spotty”, but the staff helped to assist with this.

The location of the hotel was wonderful. Walking distance from any of Toledo’s highlights. The staff was exceptionally helpful and made my stay very special. The room was beautiful. The breakfast and service were outstanding. Could not have asked for more. Would definitely return to stay at this hotel.

They don't tell you before booking, so just to let readers know you have to collect the keys to then walked 5 minutes through the centre of the city to the apartment, after travelling and having suitcases this was very frustrating. They should warn you before you book that you have to go to a different location for the keys. Arriving at the apartment, it just wasn't what I had expected. If you are looking for a spacious but dated centre apartment it's perfect. If you are looking for a modern, bright place this isn't it and the pictures were not reflective of our apartment at all. Take careful note of the photos having filters added to make the rooms look bright with lots of light as the whole apartment was very dark. There was also no view from any of the windows except of a brick wall and the back of a building, this contributed to the apartment being so dark and cold. Also, the bed was super uncomfortable, it hurts your shoulders just to lay down for more than ten minutes. Overall, we didn't have a good experience, and ended up checking out early after just one day and going elsewhere which I've never done before, it just wasn't a nice apartment to be in. It was clean, but it was dated, dark, and uncomfortable, bit disappointed to have wasted the money.

The location is great, one minute from the main cathedral.

I suggest they have a couple of forks and knifes in the kitchen. and enough sugar and coffee for the entire stay per day.
