We liked everything about this property

Location and hotel facilities are excellent. We have stayed in Hotel Caserío over 10 times and your wonderful animation team were the best we encountered during our Feb stay.

The sunbeds around the pool were quite cramped, but it didn't affect our stay, just would have been nice to have a bit more room to manoeuvre them

Everything was perfect, check in was quick and courteous, ( the towel situation was not explained but we worked this out the following morning) The hotel was spotless and smelt clean at all times. Our Room 701 was mountain facing which was fine, and everything was in good working order, clean and the bed was very comfy and a super king. Plenty of wardrobe space and places to store our things. A kettle and fridge in room was so handy, I always bring the ready made coffee sachets for a quick cup before heading to breakfast. The food at breakfast was great, a huge variety and fresh, breakfast runs till 10.30 and the staff were very accommodating after this time, asking if there was anything else we needed before they started to clear it away. The pool area was so relaxing, although it may seem that there isn't many beds we never struggled to get them after breakfast. Sun loungers and cabana beds super comfy. We only went up to the roof once, again clean and comfy surroundings, although i didn't see anywhere to get refreshments, so we stayed at the main pool. Overall great hotel and great location ( 2 mins from the beach/the Irish centre/the bus station)

The room was a bit bland, lacked character. Pool should be open until 6pm rather than 5.

Great location, 5 minutes from the beach. Big rooms with a nice terrace. Plenty of choice for breakfast. Free parking. Nice pool with lots of loungers available for guests

Bed Smell on the shower by the pool and jacuzzi.

Location, staff like Mustafa gave me a good suggestion to visit places around by bicycle. The other receptionist was very helpful and everybody looked after me. The hotel hosted a different show every night, and regarding food a lot of variety for breakfast and dinner by buffet.

Wi fi signal not great on the higher floors. Food could have been a little hotter, maybe adding a couple of microwaves to the dining room would allow guests to use (should they choose to)

Lovely Hotel in an excellent location with everything you need on the doorstep. Hotels facilities are great especially the pool and gym, and activities to join should you wish to do so. The added bonus of a rooftop solarium with amazing views. Meals were good, fabulous choice of food at breakfast and dinner. Every area of the Hotel was very clean and the staff always friendly.

The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable nights sleep.

I would have liked teabags, coffee and some milk in the rooms or accessible at reception Kettle and small fridge in room was handy though.

We went half board and the food was well presented, very varied with a different theme every evening. Breakfast was lovely too. So much food on offer. Facilities were excellent, so clean.everywhere, the workforce worked tirelessly to keep everything spic and span, all good quality equipment and plenty of beds or chairs to sit outside in the sunshine or under cover. Good air conditioning system and also nice to have a large balcony not over looked by others. Staff on reception were so helpful with good English to advise us. Great location, short walk from the sea front and nearby shops and flat too, a bonus. Adult only was a bonus for us, calm.and quiet environment with everything geared around adults, mostly middle or older aged.

The room was in dire need of being repainted to the point where the walls looked dirty. Same goes for the caulk around the shower and the toilet. It was old and looked dirty but when we entered the room it was clearly clean from the smell. The lifts are a disaster. Very slow and small and there are only 2. We were on the 7th floor and I was 30 weeks pregnant so wasn’t the best situation. I would advise people with limited mobility to request a room on a lower floor.

Loved the location, not in the middle of the madness. Pool facilities were excellent. There was a trend of people leaving their towels on chairs early on in the morning and walking off. I think the hotel should reinforce their policy on this. We had pool bar food for lunch a few times and I couldn’t fault it. Breakfast buffet offered a lot of variety. The mattress was very comfortable and the room was a decent size. Excellent staff

Nothing really, lifts were a little out of date and small.

We found everything at The Casario exceptionally good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly Emilio, the hotel host. A real character and full of fun. The food was varied and very good.

We didn’t like that we had to pay for drinks during dinner including water. Water is provided during breakfast and could easily be provided for dinner as well.

The staff were amazing and went out of their way to meet our needs, they made sure we had chicken sausages for breakfast as we didn’t eat pork. The breakfast is great and good options for dinner. The New Year’s Eve banquet exceeded our expectations and the hotel made this really special with a lot of food and free drinks. The cleaning staff also do a great job. We loved the hotel location as it is opposite a supermarket and very close to the beach

Only negative would be the lifts, they are really slow and takes ages to get the floors.

Location was perfectly located near beaches and center of playa del ingles. Short walk of 5 minutes! Hotel was always clean and well maintained. Loved the pool area and rooftop sunbathing terrace! Breakfast was amazing, so much choice! From fresh smoothies to an omelette station and all options you can think of. Would defiantly come back and recommend! The Mexican next door was one of my favourites.

One night only I felt the food was not good, it didn't annoy me but it may annoy someone as they assign you to a slot for dinner and 8:30 maybe late for someone. The jacuzzi is nice but it needs to be more heated really and solve the button as it turns off every 30 seconds.

Food is really good, staff are very nice. The roof is really great. One of the few places which really have a double bed rather than 2 singles not well attached. The entertainment in the night was good too for a quiet night without going out.

The animation was poor or not well announced. There are no facilities for children. The lifts die not work properly, so everybody was using the stairs.

The buffet was excellent. Everything was very Clean. The staff was really nice and helpful.

1. There was a broad selection of food but it was not great, eg, morning scrumble egg had a fish taste where it was cooked at the dinner. Not every food had information note what food it is, nothing to say regarding ingreedients or allergens. 2. Only two old elevators with a capacity of 4 people were always busy.

1. Great value for money. 2. Great location: comfortable to use bus rides from the airport as well as to reach other island cities. 3. We are very grateful that staff also arranged for us a car to rent for the next morning when other agencies had no cars left.

The area around the property is very run down and lacking investment, especially the area around the awful Kasbah centre and the other derelict shopping centre. This whole area needs serious infrastructure development to bring it into the 21st century! One member of staff on reception seemed awkwardly unfriendly with me for some reason (!) but the rest of the staff were lovely, especially the staff in the restaurant area.

Lovely modern hotel with great facilities and a great buffet. Very close to the beach and lovely promenade by the beach and bay.

As with all holiday hotels they suffer from the inconsiderate who think they have the sole right to their personal sun loungers reserving very early and leaving unoccupied, other than by a towel, for hours. Some also believe restaurant dress code does not apply to them.

Excellent location close to beach, bars and shops . Good public transport close by. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Food very good. Bar prices very reasonable for a hotel. Good gym and great pool plus roof terrace with spa pool.
