Lovely property with everything you would need. Great AC, great showers and cute little kitchen. Ideal for family. The host is very friendly and very responsive. She kingly set up the baby cot as she knew we were arriving late. 5min walk to the beach. Great restaurants nearby (book ahead) We will come back!

It was listed as 2 bedrooms, but that is a bit misleading. There are 2 sleeping areas upstairs, but you have to go through one sleeping area to get to the 2nd sleeping area that is only separated by curtains. It would have been fine for a family with small children, but we were 2 adult couples traveling together and the situation was not ideal. One of the couples would have slept on the pullout sofa, but that was somewhat broken, so we ended up bringing the mattresses down to the living room.

Location was great if you want to spend time near the beach. Although further from the city center, the tram stop was one block away. We appreciated the beach umbrellas and beach towels provided by the owners. Clara was a great host, very responsive to all of my questions.

The house next door is undergoing lots of big renovation work. builders turned up about 8.30am every morning and started working. while this wasn’t a problem for us as we were out all day and they were gone by the time we arrived home at about 5pm each day. They were very friendly and said hello each morning and tried not start any loud building work till about 9.30am. This is something to consider if you’ll be spending lots of time in the property, but honestly for the money the house is well worth it for this slight inconvenience and didn’t effect our stay in anyway as we were planning on just using house as a base to sleep and eat and spent the time sightseeing while we were there.

Fantastic location, tram stop literally on the next road from property as well as a big supermarket. house is decorated beautiful with everything you could possibly need. Wi-Fi is fantastic in the house. The area is quiet so no noise at night to worry about if you are light sleepers. The local beach is lovely, you can hire sunbeds and there is a nice restaurant on the beach that has a lovely fresh fish or burgers and chips if that’s more you thing. they also serve cocktails and will bring them to your sunbeds for you. Host was super friendly and was available for any questions we might have had. We managed to communicate well with Google translate.

The casita is wonderful: there's everything you need in there. It's very comfortable, clean, full of light, and the hosts left us some products (coffee, biscuits, fruits) which was very nice of them. If you feel hot there is an air conditioning in there. The beach is very close - just a 7 min walk and it's clean, not crowded. Not far from the house you can find tram station, bus stops, some cervecerias to have dinner in. The hosts are just wonderful - very pleasant, open people, who are willing to make your vacation unforgettable. We will definitely come back once more! P.S. Keep in mind that the hosts don't speak English :) But their daughter helped us to communicate.

Everything. The house is big and is very well equipped for a summer house. The location is terrific close to the beach (3 mins walking) and to taps bar, restaurants, supermarkets and the metro that takes you straight to Alicante city center.

It would have been great to have at least a broom, if not a vacuum, for cleaning. Especially because we stayed one week. The other inconvenient was a really bad smell that came from the bathroom downstairs, but sometimes was so strong that all the house was smelling. There are probably problems with the sewers/pipes. We didn't sleep very well due to the mattress too soft( but this is a matter of preference) Also it's said 2 bedrooms but actually is more for a couple or family with 2 kids. Because there are no doors between the rooms ( it's a curtain)

The house it's cosy, with a nice interior design and a good location (close to the beach and quite neighborhood). The host is nice and responded immediately on whatsapp.
