Fire alarms went off at 8am which were very loud I was on the eighth floor . When I opened my door everyone was just peaking out the door not knowing what to do looking confused. I was shouting out everybody out leading them pointing to the fire exit , it was left to me to guide and evacuate the 8th floor . No staff insite. Everybody bottle necked at the bottom of the stairs . It turned out to be burnt toast but it could have been a very different case had it been for real . There should be designated staff to evacute the building and to take charge in such a case . Please make yourself aware of exits as you life could depend on it if your stuck on a high floor . After some investigation I found a small exit stairwell which runs down the middle of the building . There was no apology from the staff or management , if there is an emergency there must be somebody on hand to take charge . Regular fire drills are a must for staff .

Needed some documents scanned and sent , was no problem . Taxis prebooked on request Breakfast is a little pricey at 15 euro hot choice is scrambled /fried eggs and floppy smoked bacon

It was perfect, no problem at all.

The staff is very kind and ready to solve any problem. The pool is amazing. The location is just a block from the beach, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, etc. The tram can take you to the city in a half hour. The hotel is really good, clean, perfect for my family.

The only thing is one stuff in the dinning room,instead of help,he s throwing me away,I got information at even if i not booked meals i Can order and pay there,but the stuff in the kitchen was not able to help,and said go away . All the other things in hotel are great!

Nice clean room. Bus stop straight outside the hotel and the tram stop within short walking distance. Alicante centre easily accessible with public transport. The hotel is very close to the beach.

USB charging ports in room would be handy if you forget to bring plug with you. More variety of English speaking channels on the TV apart from Channel 4.

Easy pick up from Airport to Hotel. Good reception upon arrival, we were early but no problem. Great staff in cafe whilst we waited. Staff were friendly and super efficient. 5 mins walk to the beach. Perfect relaxing holiday. Loved the food at the hotel, swordfish and french fries and amazing sauce, not to mention the ice cream :)

Needed more cooked choice at breakfast, and the fact we needed to pay for the safe. Also only one of the coffee machines was working for several days (which lead to delays), and breakfast started a little late.

The lighting in the room is too bright, it was a bit uncomfortable for my eyes. There was no shower gel.

The room was spacious and clean. Prompt, efficient and friendly staff. The hotel is in a great location, just a few minuntes walk to San Juan Beach, restaurants, bars, coffee shops. It has a big swimming pool and a bar/coffee shop next to it. The hotel is easily accessible by tram and buses.

Incredibly noisy, could hear a chair being moved 5 floors away! No English TV channels No kettle in room 2 single beds, rather than a double
