Just minor things, one of bigger ones - doors to garden could not be locked. Garden door also... Hopefully just intermittent problem and they will fix for you

What is written in the ☹ reviews is unfortunately true: - The apartment is not that clean - dogs are walked on the lawn next to the swimming pool - equipment in the kitchen broken (with us the Dolce Gusto, hairdryer and remote control lighting) - mosquitoes smashed against the wall - Jacuzzi is cold - few kitchen utensils - reception is unmanned (we had 1 lady who cleaned the rooms, she did the laundry and manned the reception and you could contact her with any problems, but she only spoke Spanish) and our experiences: - there are not enough electrical outlets in the kitchen. You must unplug the microwave to switch on the filter coffee machine. - The light in the bedroom can only be turned on with a remote control. Ours was broken and was replaced immediately. - WIFI was bad, only good for the first 2 days (when we were the only ones in the building) - in addition to mosquitoes, we also had an outbreak of pine processionary caterpillars (I had to remove them from our garden every day) - That collection of crappy hangers (that you get for free when you buy clothes): that's really a disgrace! - There were cigarette butts everywhere in our garden - There is no electric kettle, no iron - Nearest major supermarkets (Lidl, Mercadona, ALDI) are 20 kilometers from the location in Malaga-Velez.

we had booked and paid for an apartment with a garden (for 2 people) and got an apartment for 6 people with a huge garden (2E) there is a parasol with a silver inside that blocks UV rays The view was fantastic large fridge and freezer large flatscreen television There is a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. Ours was broken and was immediately replaced.

The views over the mountains were superb. The swimming pool was heated even in winter It was ideal for walking the dog around the nearby ruins of the Castillo de Zalia.

The position of Castillo de Zalia Conjunto Rural is absolutely brilliant. The views are stunning and it is peaceful and tranquil. Very easy to get to from Malaga airport. The apartment was perfect, good size, great kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and the gardens are lovely. Swimming pool was great. Will definitely be going back.

It needed a little bit of care in some areas ie several small tiles tiles in the pool needed replacing.

We liked everything. Spacious and well equipped with a private terrace and garden with views. Beautiful area - good for day trips out. Lovely views from the castle ruins next to the property. Peaceful location.

The covered swimming pool ! Far to hot! No moscitera , a lot of insects .Not realy clean. We could not close the appartement, key was not there. We had a safe key but we could not find the safe. A blanket on the bed to be honest is so not 2021, but Ok!

The apartment wasn't very clean, loads of hair on the floor. The kitchen had limited crockery considering it's self catering, now bowls for salad ect. We stayed for 10 days and bedding wasn't changed, the ONLY lady on site couldn't speak any English so communication was difficult with google translate. Inside the apartment the was a few things that needed attention as well The pool had LOADS of mosaic tiles coming of and can do with proper maintenance, it was warm though! Don't expect the Jacuzzi to be warm, it was only 30 c and was a big disappointment for us as we looked forward to it for a winter stay.

The facility is great for families and well situated to explore loads of little villages around. The pool is great, kids loved it.

the apartment exteriors were not cleaned. the windows on the terrace couldn’t be closed. no one was there for checking and to welcoming. They don’t speak English.

the location, that was perfect and the seriousness of the owners, allowing an early checkout without penalties.

Unfortunately pool was dirty, balls of hair, paper, tiles missing. The pool was being used by one family and sorry to say extremely noisy, shouting from the house constantly, screaming all day! Terrible to say but ruined our stay. Not nice people, just noisy. Expecting tranquility. We were locked out as gate was faulty for half an hour but not there fault. Also got lost so half an hour late so no one explained anything re house.
