Elevator did not work or was just so slow noone used it - our room was next to the stairs and elevator so it was very noisy in the hallway. Rooms are NOT soundproof and could hear conversations and toilets flushing all around us. A previous review suggested an interior room to muffle street noise, but in hindsight the street noise would have been better than overhearing private conversations. Smell coming in through the window. A/C had not been turned on for the season and it was a warm week with temps in the 25/26.

Front staff was courteous, but didn't have any information on the specific room request we had made and type of bed. Breakfast was adequate - liked the idea of a staggered booking as the dining room is not very big.

There's only one elevator which, at the busy hours, makes the waiting a bit longer if you have been walking the whole day. The toilets are super small, looks like they did renovations but should have used more space of the room to do the toilet and the shower orientation better, as is it now, the water goes out the shower plate and wets the door which makes it pretty difficult to close, eventually will be impossible.

The service, how they care about you, but without going over the extra mile, which is pretty good 😊 The breakfast service feels super comfy and the options are plenty. Healthy and savage modes are available. The location is perfect, 8/10, better location is difficult to beat to be honest.

This is specific to room 404 - I’m only 5 foot 11 and my feet dangled over the end of our double bed. The shower is brilliant except for the shower tray which is far too shallow for the impressive volume of water which means it’s impossible to avoid overflow with every usage, even when the power was turned right down. No bin in the main room was frustrating.

The location is brilliant with ready access to bus, train and metro, plus you’re only minutes from the town hall square with abundant bar, coffee shop and eatery options all within walking distance. The staff were universally friendly and helpful from a warm welcome to fond farewell. The breakfast is good enough but repetitive. We had small issues with a leak in our bathroom radiator and a worn headrest but these were resolved without us speaking to anyone which speaks volumes for the attentiveness of the cleaning staff who ensured the room was immaculately clean from beginning to end. Free and consistently good WiFi was appreciated. Overall great value for money.

The construction on the second floor was an inconvenience. The elevator did not always work. Having a group of 20-30 High School students made breakfast time a hassle the last two days.

My room was in the 7th floor and the small elevator took for ages to go up and down. The bathroom was big and clean. Even tho I wished for some more modern standard bathroom for a hotel called casual del cine.

The location of this hotel is great! It's very and easy to get to from the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was not only comfortable but really clean too. The only negative was that the breakfast options were limited.

The breakfast was pretty basic and very average quality. I would probably recommend going to the bakery on the corner over the breakfast if I'm honest. The room walls were quite thin so I could hear very clearly music and conversations in other rooms, and I was right next to the housekeeping cupboard so there was usually a trolley in the corridor and some banging around and loud conversation so I'd definitely recommend taking ear plugs. I did really love the location of the hotel and I would stay there again except for one quite big issue - the shower leaked EVERYWHERE. I was washing my hair and could see the water spilling over the tray and it ended up flooding quite a bit of my hotel room floor as well as the bathroom. I had to keep turning the shower on and off in between shampooing, conditioner and body wash so it made for a miserable experience, which is a shame as the water was hot and had good pressure but i had to turn it into a dribble. I raised the issue with the front desk and they said the bathrooms were new and it was a known issue that the shower trays weren't deep enough. They definitely need to resolve the issue as it's not acceptable quality and I should be able to enjoy a shower on holiday without risk of flooding the room and needing to put numerous towels down.

The location was fantastic, so close to the main hub of where things were happening and a 10min walk to lots of attractions. There were also lots of nice eateries nearby. The staff were really friendly and very helpful (extra towels and help ordering a taxi were no problem) and the bed was comfy.
