Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We got a room upgrade so got a larger superior room, great facilities , modern, very clean, free Lindt chocs delivered too! Lovely rooftop pool and bar area, great gym and spa, good location- 10 mins walk to the train station, 15/20 min walk to the cathedral and old town. Breakfast was fantastic too, great selection and really good quality.

SpainThe position of the bed in my room, it didnt leave space to move on both sides. The balcony was also very small, without much space to move cautiously. Breakfast, food and products of high quality but a bit limited.
The hotel is in the centre of the city with easy access to the city bus and to reach the main attractions on foot. The hotel rooms are clean and neat and the bed is super comfortable. It's a high quality hotel.

Room was spacious and spotless. We were upgraded from a triple room to a junior suite so had lovely walk in wardrobe and dressing area. Breakfast was really nice. Lots of choice and even a pancake machine.
