How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

One side of the double bed seemed to be broken. As my husband was not able to join me on the trip, i was able to use the other side of the bed which was fine and comfortable. If it would have been the two of us, we would have had to ask for another room. Coffee/tea facility in room would have been nice. Kettle was provided when asked for at reception but no offer of coffee or tea etc. Have to provide this oneself
One side of the bed was very comfortable Nice to have a door between bedroom and bathroom, therefore bedroom much quieter. No noise from corridor Quiet room - slept well.

Decoration of the rooms could be a bit more imaginative and the rooftop pool is really a bathtub with ambitions. But these are minor quips. All in all, highly recommended.
Comfortable rooms with lots of space to store your luggage and hang your clothes (getting rare these days). On walking distance from train station. Nice lobby/bar area to have one for the road... in your hotel. Roof terrace to bask in the sun or sip a cava or cocktail. Excellent and varied breakfast. Special mention for the staff: they're competent and very friendly. I've rarely had better, and I've been traveling for more than three decades.

This was my second stay and it was as pleasant as the first time, if not better. Nice team, nice rooms and a very convenient location, close to the train station as well as the old town. Locals rate the hotel, there were plenty of things I did not make use of (roof terrace for example) but it is a place worth considering and I will certainly be back when I am in Murcia again.

Very welcoming and comfortable hotel. Room spacious and well equipped. Very clean. Nice breakfast and cafeteria served some very tasty local dishes. Staff were very helpful and and friendly. Good location for visiting the city.

Internet a bit hit and miss but not a big problem.
Great location. 5 minutes walk to centre. Roof top pool with a bar. Parking nearby.

Hotel is 15 minutes walk from train station and is very close to the old city. Room with terrace was very spacious and cannot be faulted in any way.

Sound carries through so if other guests are talking on the hallway or flushing toilets and closing their doors you can definitely hear it.
Very convenient as it was close to the historic city centre as well as to the train station. The staff are friendly and helpful; breakfast buffet is great.

Hotel was superb. Location was excellent. Tastefully decorated, room was lovely, modern and bathroom was absolutely spotless with big towels and good lighting. The breakfast selection was first class with everything you could want. The staff in the breakfast room, reception and bar area were brilliant, really helpful and friendly. 100% would recommend.

The area of the hotel is not so nice. The bathroom could be smaller and the room could be bigger.
Breakfast ist superb. If you come by car, you should reservate a parking place for the car at the reception (do not leave the car on the street!)
