The staff were very professional and friendly. The standard of clenliness also very good. Excellent location as well.

The terrace could have been better structured with privacy trellis fencing between the neighbouring terraces. It felt difficult to chat out there. Fresh milk in the fridge would have been good.

Breakfast was super - lots of choice, replenished regularly. The only queues were at the coffee stations and the juice machine. The location was ideal - still in the historic centre but very quiet, even during the exuberant fiesta!

A little far out from the marina/port, so took longer to walk for dinner than we thought, but not a big issue.

Very relaxing, beautiful room, lovely decor and great food. We very much enjoyed our one night stay, wish we could have stayed longer. Very lucky to have got a wonderful room upgrade too!

The restaurant although very well furnished but the air conditioning made it cold. The food in the restaurant I thought was overpriced and not a lot for the money compared with the restaurants in town. Must be difficult if you have a family of small children to feed.

Breakfast was very good with a great selection . Our room was good in a good position overlooking the harbour and being able to see the first rays of sun.

Very nice and stylish hotel. There are two restaurants that open through the day. It’s right next to the port, and not far from the airport by taxi/ car. Very clean and friendly staff

The lady at the pool bar was excellent and super friendly. The man who was consierge was also extremely polite and helpful.

The hotel and room was fabulous. We had originally booked the double room but had missed our first night due to the air traffic closure. When we arrived, we were given a free upgrade to the Premium room with sea view and it was fabulous! Pool was great and internal decor was beautiful. Highly recommend

If I had to find one issue I would say that the bathroom design is weird. There’s no extractor fan and in our room the glass door was not lockable. Nor did it fully fit the frame. in fact it’s a glorified screen more than anything . You have zero privacy from your roommate, if you g eat my drift. Fine for cleaning your teeth or taking a shower but I wouldn’t want to do anything else in there !

Stylish, modern hotel with a brilliant location. Great pool and garden to laze beside if you need a break from exploring the city. If you’re driving in from the airport it’s super easy to find (and there’s loads of free parking nearby).

This hotel took me by surprise as it just looks newly finished, everything in the hotel seemed brand new! The staff were very helpful and it had a lovely pool area with great views over the port. Short walk away from the centre but team were on the ball organising taxis to wherever you needed!

The building is a maze. Lost my way a few times. The entrance is conceived by a mad person: 4 steps to get to the reception in a hotel, where people comes and goes with luggage all the time.

I wouldn't rush to have dinner in the restaurant - there are plenty of great restaurants in Mahon to try out.

Parking is very limited outside the hotel so we went back to the airport the next day to hire a car.

Staff were fantastic, Maxim in particular was super helpful with helping us get around the island and recommendations on things to do, beaches etc. Location is great as it is walking distance into the main square with abundance of restaurants and bars. The restaurant at the hotel also overlooks the port, which is very beautiful at sunrise or sunset. Would definitely stay here again, the hotel and the facilities were stunning.
