My card from room didn’t work coupled times , so i did need to go to reception and reset the card , this happened several times and found that quite irritating. Also there was some builders doing job which they started quite early. Super noisy.

They are renovating 3 floors of one of the blocks around the pool (I understand this has to be done at some stage). The very loud noise of kango drills/hammers etc all day was very annoying 😔 Perhaps they should have noticed us in advance of this work.

Hotel was very comfortable & good value for the price. We did breakfast which was excellent, great variety & plenty of food. Staff were very welcoming. Room a bit on the small side but was adequate for time we spent in it. Bed was very large & comfortable. Loads of sunloungers around the pool. We had a great balcony which got the evening sun 😎

the 11th floors view of the volcano and the golf area was very nice from the balcony, also the shower and everything provided seemed high quality and taken into consideration. AC worked no problem

The room furnishings were worn and tired, with mouldy sealant in the bathroom.

Rooms were clean as was the pool area. Restaurant food was also nice, with a good selection.

No milk alternatives for coffee at breakfast and no kettle in the hotel room. Fridge not very cold.

The location was great, close to the athletics track, beach, Siam park and Mall and local shops and restaurants. Very happy with the location. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of options to choose from and tasty and great staff.

Wifi service was not very good.

WE liked the breakfast . Hotel's location is nice. Staffs were friendly and helpful. We got our room on 9th floor which was spacious and it has a big balcony from where we enjoyed really lovely both sea and city views. Bed was comfortable and housekeeping service was good. We enjoyed our overall stay in this hotel.

Noisy and not well sound-proofed, with noises from neighboring bars until late. Expensive for what it is.

Was glad to shower and lie down for for a few hours, after my flight to Lanzarote was deviated to Tenerife due to strong winds and arrived late. Vueling not doing anything to help, I booked at 1 am. Receptionist let me have a small breakfast before normal hour. Comfortable & clean room.

Location is excellent, close to all the bars and restaurants but just far enough so it's not noisy. Hotel is clean and rooms spacious and modern. The pool area is nice, 2nd stay here for a long weekend and for the price you really can't fault it

During our stay we discovered that 3 of the bedrooms had been broken into and robbed.. not a nice feeling. Hotel was a good 15 min walk from playa los americas.

Good location. Big bedroom with balcony. Clean towels every day. Our linen was changed on the 3rd day. Good choices for breakfast. Plenty of outdoor seating area. Staff helpful. Around 12 mins from beach walking. Area was good.

Plenty of sunloungers by the pool, pool area is nice with a nice bar. A lot of activities to do by the pool area such as pool, ping pong and other activities done by the staff.

No kettle in the room. Should not be required to hire a kettle. Loud music into very early hours of the morning from Veroncia's Strip Heavy dust under the bed which didn't appear to be cleaned regularly. Faulty door card reader throughout the duration of stay. Card require to be reprogrammed on every time access to the room was required.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially assisting with taxi booking. Good location. Complimentary water.
