Great location, walked to Santa Barbara Castle, to the marina, the beach, all of the restaurants, so many things to do close to the property. Check in was easy, Yuri sent us a code to open and videos of how to use everything inside the apartment. Great tri-level design of this loft and it's a very spacious place to stay for a couple, with nice everything throughout. A very modern place!

The location was fantastic, just a few steps from the heart of the city. Gaining access was simplicity itself. The explanations that Yuri sent us were clear and detailed. The apartment with its split level interior is well-designed. We loved the electronic devices that opened blinds and switched on lights. Everything we needed was in the kitchen and we were able to prepare and eat food there. The washing machine came in handy for us to do some laundry. It was an excellent place for our three-night stay.

Parking in Alicante is a bit of a problem and we reached on the night of the carnival, but hats off to the host who came to our rescue and found us a place to park.

Great location right in the middle of town and the apartment is very tastefully decorated by the host. The host is fantastic, helped us out as we were struggling with Parking and gave us great recommendations for things to do and his choice of restaurants was fantastic.

Everything it says on the tin. Beautifully deigned, they have thought of everything. Very clean and comfortable. Having a kitchen area is useful, great coffee machine. Located in the centre of the 'Old Town' so loads of good restaurants, cafes etc. on your doorstep. Beach also only a few minutes walk away. As good as any boutique hotel room, without annoying room service. If you want a bolt hole for the week, this is the place.

Really nice location, many good restaurants and coffee shop around. And it’s just 5 minutes walking to the beach. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The host thoughtfully sent multiple video instructions to make our apartment experience flawless.

The fact that there is no window that you can just open to refresh the air. AC worked just fine but after all that is not the same, although I get why there is no window. Besides, because of great location, it can get a bit loud especially on the weekends but it is enough to close the door to the bedroom when you want to sleep in silence. These 2 things did not have negative impact on our stay after all.

Location is just 2 minutes walk from restaurants and coffee places which is great. Very comfortable place for 2 people with properly equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine etc. Most things can be controlled from digital panels or remote control, there is floor heating in bathroom and lighting is planned on smart way. For that price I don’t think you can get better place for apartment with that standard. I honestly recommend that place.

Public parking nearby may by challenging to find available parking, but it’s free! Streets are narrow so abit of challenge to drive.

I loved the look of the property, great design, layout and functionality. Everything needed was included and extra thought had been put into using the apartment. Yurii was an excellent host, responded straight away and was incredibly helpful. I will definitely stay again if I return and can highly recommended this apartment.

the only thing that didn’t work for us were the wristbands but we just used the key.

We loved everything about our stay! We felt secure there. It was clean and the decor was just out style. the shower was roomy and the water got hot right away. The all in one washer/dryer also came in handy when we came back from the beach. Yurii was a helpful and knowledgeable host!

This place was fabulous. The location was perfect. Right in the middle of the old part of town, on a quiet street, and yet steps from so many stores/restaurants etc. The place itself had everything we needed. The only reason I did not give a 5 re how comfortable the beds were is that I slept on the sofa pull-out bed, which was totally fine for me. Had someone heavier than me slept on it, they would have sagged towards the middle, as the mattress is thin, but I think that the owner can give you a mattress pad if needed. The AC was awesome, all of it was awesome. The washer worked really well, and had a drying function with it as well. Bathroom floors are heated, and there are heated towel racks. Kitchen was well equipped. Place also had a beach umbrella and beach towels (which I ended up not using). All of it was super clean. The location was super safe, even at late times of the evening. Yurii was phenomenal, always available. He even called a taxi for us on our last day and met us at the property to make sure taxi was there.

Suite was a bit dark. We felt we needed to keep blinds closed as suite is at street level.

The Catchy Loft was clean, spacious, well-equipped, and in a very good location. Our host sent a video that explained everything in the suite, which was really helpful.
