Bathroom door didn’t close fully. Shower leaked at corner. A fan would have been helpful for air movement

The double bed was in a room off the lounge with doors that didn't close properly, while the master bedroom contained the single beds which seemed a little odd to me! The master bedroom bathroom was roomy but the shower in the second bathroom (which was right next to the master bedroom not the second bedroom) was very tiny you wouldn't want to be too big a build to use that one! This same bathroom had frosted windows which were very see through which anyone in the kitchen could see straight into. While there were blinds they were in the kitchen with no control for the bathroom user. The power kept going off if we used too many switches.

The location was excellent only a short walk through the park to the old city. The staff were friendly and helpful and when we had an issue with the power they got onto it straight away and fixed the problem. There were two bedrooms and two bathrooms a small but functional kitchen complete with washing machine and dishwasher and even little sachets of oil for cooking which was very handy. A lounge with large tv and dining table. It was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay within walking distance of all that we wanted to do and see.

Little observation,Only 3 knives available for 4 occupants . Not a problem as we used the pairing knife but maybe can be able to install extra knife/s. We also felt that the bottom apartment ( no information regarding the upper floors) was a bit bit damp on our last 2 days. Our clothes and bedding felt damp. This is not a complaint but only information for the owner.

Location is perfect for accessing all the streets that lead to the cathedral and the restaurants in the area

The location of the property is excellent. It is near a lovely park and easy to walk to the cathedral. Also having a key pad to enter the property was excellent - save the hassle of sharing keys.

one of the showers was quite small but still had great pressure and hot water dishwasher took me a while to figure out

location was great short walk through great park to main cathedral and square full of cafes shops and stroll down the road to supermarket couple great cafes and bars apartment was big but cozy and warm as we had some really cold days having a washing machine is very handy and off course coffee machine means not having to go and hunt for one in the morning nice have almost completely seperate space with 2nd bedroom and bathroom as adult son can do his own thing had 6 days here and it was home away from home fantastic

Couldn’t really fault anything other than a personal preference of a slightly firmer pillow on beds.

The check-in process was really smooth and it allowed us to get out and about so quickly.

It was perfect

Beautiful garden area and very clean and accommodating apartment. Easy entry instructions. Responsive host... Answered all our email questions. Clothes washing machine was an unexpected bonus!!

An electrical water cooker would have been nice, the stove water cooker has a curved bottom so it takes a long time to heat water in it. Bathroom is decent but a bit tiny. During the day there is a lot of outside and inside (cleaning of other apartments can be heard quite well) noise. In the evening it is super quiet.

Spectacular view of Santiago and its Cathedral, 8 min walk from the Cathedral. Nice looking apartment. With elevator which is nice as I was on the 4th floor. Host is super attentive.

Everything was great but we couldn't get the washer to work

We are on a 31/2 week tour of Spain so needed somewhere to relax at about the half way point .The apartment was a great place to do just this . Really handy with a 15 minute walk to be right in the centre of things . Bars Restaurants, Cafes and of course the Cathedral . There was a view of the Cathedral from the front windows .

The noise was definitely a problem. The front bedroom especially was affected by road noise and by the front door banging with people coming and going. Having a soft closing mechanism on the front door would have made things so much better. The only way to cover the noise was to use the fan throughout the night. As for the rear bedroom, we expected it to be quieter. However there were noisy guests in one of the other apartments so no sleep was had until they decided to go to bed! One of the toilets also has a bad smell.

It was a nice apartment generally. Good location, apart from limited parking. Everything was clean and they even provided a clean table cloth and tea towel etc. The hosts were helpful and quick when we had a problem.

The loft was certainly very low - not so good for a tall person. The good place to sit is at the dining table. The en-suite door was very annoying. It should be shaved at the bottom so that the door can be closed easily without making a noise. We could have done with 2 more toilet rolls. Needed an electric kettle. The base of the kettle on the induction hob was not flat so the kettle took a long time to boil.

Good location. Nice cafe for breakfast and coffee etc at the bottom of the street. Very friendly staff. Good view of the Cathedral from the sofa!

The bathroom is extremely small and difficult to manuever within. Very little is provided by the host in terms of basics such as cleaning supplies (paper towels, broom, etc), and food supplies (salt/pepper, oil, etc.).

The location and view were excellent. The bed was very comfortable. The TV offered a lot of choices.
