No wifi, as advertised. There is s pretense of wifi but does not actually work. I chose this hotel because I had an important zoom meeting. I was not able to stay connected to my meeting.

The room was tiny, it was extremely hot and we had to ask for a fan. You could hear the neighbours as the walls were too thin. Apparently, people were smoking weed in another room and the smell was coming into our room so we had to shut all the windows down. We parked our car in their parking lot and they kept moving it around. When we left, we realized that there were some scratches in our car which btw was new.

The staff lied to me

It was reasonably close to the centre of Vigo. The staff appeared to be helpful and offered to dry my laundry but when it was returned it was as wet as it came out of the washing machine and I waited up until nearly 11pm to receive it. I even had to come down to get it!!

The walls are so thin you can hear everything In the room next to me they were watching tv for the whole time and the tv was hung on the wall between my room and their room The corridor light filters into the room through the door

The hotel was not as shown in pictures. The room was unclean and the bathroom was disgusting. After the entrance that looks clean and tidy, you go up the stairs, because the elevator was not working and you are in a really old and dirty building. My room had a broken window and no air conditioning.

Breakfast. The size of the room. For me publishing photos on Booking that don’t correspond to reality is a bit red light and totally excused because the location is pretty cool and it totally is ok to stay for a couple of nights but, hiding it is really a bad thing and I have to say it here.

The pictures from Booking don’t correspond to the reality. There is not a pool or a “modern” look at the rooms. As I’ve stayed for 1 night, it didn’t really matter but the expectations were totally ruined. For the price charged is a bit expensive for what you’ll have but to stay one/two nights to visit the city is OK. Breakfast was really weak.

Noise. Hot (no air conditioning neither ventilation. Noise neighbors , sex noise all the nights, breakfast not included and staff didnt tell about it

Very small room, very very noisy in general, bad isolation, noisy pipes, sex noise all nights, seagulls making crazy noise every night. Very very hot room, no air conditioning neither ventilation, unconfortable bed and cleaning service was not good at all. Staff didnt tell that breakfast was not included and didnt tell anything about the cost of it. In the checkout I was asked for more money for this "extra" breakfast. Total ripoff. Never to repeat. It's a pity because in general Hotels in Vigo are very good. This is a very bad one. Don't recommend at all.

The rooms are defintely NOT in the conditions shown in the pictures, It's a façade, they took great photos which do not represent the reality of the hotel. The rooms are very worn out (wallpaper literally falling off), are dark, very very noisy (you could literally listen everything: cough, conversations,, opening and closing of doors, music, flushing toilets, etc...). The windows are very old in terrible conditions, the one in my room was broken and would not even close correctly which I later in the night found the consequences: 2 big spiders in the walls of my room. Also during the night there is just one transparent curtain very very dirty which does not for serve for blocking the daylight.

I could hear EVERYTHING that was happening in the rooms surrounding our room. The neighbours unfortunately returned to their room at 12:30AM and were yelling at each other, listening to loud music, and talking loudly until 5:30AM. I could not sleep a wink.

Staff was very kind enough to get us hot water as I had a sore throat.

-no insonorisation: I heard every single move, conversation from next door like if I was with them (bathroom stuff included - lovely!) -dusty room and furniture stained not cleaned -no aircon and the window is too tiny to let enough air in, to a point it was more efficient to open the front door and get air from the corridor - the window faces another bathroom window from another room (and yes it is easy to see who is using them - no privacy) - mattress was not great and it didn’t feel I was in a real bed - bed headboard was missing -the remote control was not working but luckily they are buttons on the TV itself. -no international channels available - the bedroom was quite tiny - only a tiny broken bin in the bathroom -very expensive for what it actually is

had to ask daily for coffee since they would not give me more than 2 per day. not sure why, i would have not sold them on the black Market 😂. Also they did not fill up the toilet paper every time so had to pick that up once too. Would have been nice to have a washing machine since we stayed for 8 nights and wanted to wash some clothes.
