The room is amazing! Private bathroom, lots of closet space, tea and coffee station with lovely biscuits. Such a comfortable bed and amazing view from the room too! So close to the beach and old town, we would definitely go back! Emilia is a wonderful! She obviously takes pride in her hosting as the whole experience was perfect for us. Definitely recommend this accommodation to any solo or couple travellers, such a safe space as a young woman too! Thank you Emilia!

Everything. Easy check in. We dropped our bags and Emilia showed us where to park nearby. Lovely cosy room with comfy beds, double glazed windows and shutters so it was super quiet. All spotlessly clean and as others have said we loved the special touches. Extremely private with a door you can lock between your area and the rest of her apartment. We didn’t bother as we felt so comfortable there. Great location, couldn’t be better, close to old town and beachfront. Nice hiking around , ask Emilia for a map. We originally booked for one night but rebooked a second as it was so nice. The Brazilian restaurant opposite was very good so we ate their two nights running . Thank you Emilia for a lovely stay.

Emilia was very welcoming and despite not speaking each others language we got by easily enough. The bedroom is in a completely private area of her apartment , separated by a door into the bathroom and bedroom area which you can lock if you wish, we didn’t bother as the only other person in the apartment is Emilia the owner. Comfy bed, clean white sheets, choice of air con or fan, and good shower - everything spotlessly clean. Room has double glazed windows and shutters and was super quiet. As others have said we loved the special touches such as the tea, coffee, biscuits and chocolates plus cold drinking water in a very useful little fridge . We found her on the gps ok and dropped our bags off inside before taking the car to a nearby large parking lot which she directed us to, about 100m away. The location couldn’t be better , a short walk up to the cute old town or down to the beachfront. We ate out both nights at the Brazilian restaurant opposite as we had walked so much we were tired and it turned out to be very good. Nicely away from the touristy front. There is lots to see and do in Altea. Some lovely hiking around just ask her for the map. We walked the red route up to old Altea and back down and then alone the waterfront. Thank you Emilia for a lovely stay. Thoroughly recommend.

Slightly tricky to find but that was down to us not realising that the stop after Altea (garganes) is actually a 2 minute walk to the property ! We just presumed to get off at Altea ,, and got a bit lost🙄

Location was great for arrival on tram, property was v clean and Emilia was lovely even though we couldn’t speak each others language we managed!😀.. there was everything you could need in the room and the fridge with water and chocolate in was such a nice welcome! The bathroom was good size, good shower👍.. for the price it was perfect for our 1 night stop over in lovely Altea

I love Emilia! She’s very warm, it feels like going home to your Mom or Grandma. She prepared everything, like welcoming her own family. She doesn’t speaks English, but she always try to understand or to communicate. She has someone who helps on communication and other stuff, she’s called Natalie, very nice lady. The place is the same as the pictures, clean and comfortable. It’s not a hotel for sure, but it’s comfortable and warmer stays.

Not a bad thing per se but be aware it is a room with own bathroom in a shared house with its own lockable door.. (Someone lives in other part of apartment)

Location, 10 minute walk across pedestrian bridge to beachfront. Also well located for walk to old town and church on the hill. Comfortable room with heating and aircon. Very clean bathroom with excellent shower.

Lovely host. Very helpful. Excellent location in Altea town and free public parking just 2 min walk. Very good facilities at the hotel including tea/coffee/kettle which normally in Spain is rare. Well worth staying here.

The hostess, Emilia was attentive. Service minded and full on to explain the facilities. Quiet neighbourhood as well throughout the night, I slept like a child. Great to communicate with Emilia from the start to the end. Highly recommended while visiting Altea.
