Spain34 reviews8 helpful votes“Pleasant townhouse for a group of friends”The furniture, wall- painting, the bed linen and towels are quite worn but in decent condition. The master bedroom has a very small shower stall and no hooks for towels. Cleaning leaves much to be improved. Overall the defects are very insignificant. If you are unlucky with neighbors in neighboring houses, then it can be quite noisy in the bedrooms; the windows do not protect against external sounds.
The townhouse is located a 10-minute walk from the Yumbo shopping center, there are 2 terraces and a parking space, although you can always park on the street. The house has everything necessary for a comfortable stay for at least 4, maximum 6 people. The hostess is very kind and answers questions quickly, there are 2 air conditioners in the bedrooms. A lot of sockets near the beds. Overall a very comfortable accommodation for a group of friends . Many thanks, Jessica, for coffee packs, water and beer! Was great to find it all upon arrival!

The host was very accesible. The check-in process was really smooth. The house is very big and nice and the location is central. I would repeat with some conditions.

We learned in advance that we had to show consideration for the neighbors and we did that all the time. The host was easy to communicate with. The place was clean and nice and we liked that the apartment was divided into three floors. The shops were close by. And it was a decent walk to the beach and the Yumbo Centre. All in all a good place. We would love to come back.

Finland10 reviews3 helpful votesVery goodNo coat rack anywhere! Beds were bad, hard and sagging mattress. Keys, every door have own key. Too much keys! Garages door needs oil. The host's partner didn't talk English. The host's partnet also parks to apartment parking without our permission.
3 Showers and toilets. Wifi, Location lots shops and restaurants nearby. Parking. Beddig clothes (no spanish style :) )

We like to cook so more cooking inventory would be nice. At the front there is alot of traffic so more noice. When we wanted to grab some plates they were wet. So we washed it again. There is no dishwasher.
The house was big and comfortabel and has a front and back space outside. We didn't know that there was a outside at the front so that was a surprise. In the morning the sun comes up there and that was very nice. The sofa outside was great also. Bedrooms/beds and the sofa in the livingroom were good. There was a washing machine in the kitchen, iron and 4 burners to cook. Upstaires there was a terras. The showers where good also. A lot of space for the 4 of us. It was realy great also that you can walk downstairs in to the garage to take the car. In a couple of minutes walk there is a supermarket and shops at the Ronda and in 10 of 15 min walk you are at the Yumbo. So everything was in the neighborhood. When we had a question the owner reacted very quickly. A house with a lot of space and is comfortabel, so much nicer then a appartement of hotel. We had a realy great time.

No showers, flushing toilet. Not enough seating outside , a wooden pallet with padding . Outdoor space very small and no sun due to the fencing and canopy. Very small outside space at back with 2 sun loungers , very closed in. This property’s outdoor space looks much bigger in the photos .
