Exceptionally quiet and peaceful, very comfortable and a superb breakfast, possibly the best continental breakfast we’ve had on our travels in Europe. Our host Elke is a very pleasant and helpful lady, even carrying our suitcases up stairs. If we were in the area again we would have no hesitation in staying at Chalet Trolio again. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

The hotel is located in a quiet village. The landlady Elke was very kind and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent!! We definitely recommend this accommodation. I would love to come back here again

Friendly helpful hosts who were very accommodating in serving us a splendid substantial breakfast at 7am so that we had time to enjoy Granada in the cool morning being late July. Parking on the street just outside the house in a small safe suburb.Back at Alhendin lovely bedroom and bathroom in a private area of the house. Good quality linen. Lots of cupboard space and 2 chairs and small table. Very spacious. The bathroom is immediately across the hall from the bedroom and is for guests private use. The area is completely private and very close to an ensuite. Note no air-conditioning but was fine. The pool as seen on google and based on booking.com filters is the family private pool so check with the owners if it will be available for use during your stay. Excellent value for money stay. No nearby shops but no problem to drive to Alhendin village centre. Great restaurant that's a short drive away - Restaurante La Alcazaba - week days menu del dia. Was closed on the Thursday that we were there. Google times inaccurate. We found free parking options in Granada near the science centre, or bus in from Alhendin to be the best way. Metro from the neighbouring town into Granada is an option but parking was tricky to get to the metro. The drive to the Alhambra was very easy (pay and park).

Location is a little bit worst if you are not willing to be 10 minutes away from Granada city, but is very near so far so good for those coming with own car and or rented one. Not good if you depends on shuttle service.

I really had a great time at Chalet Trolio. The location is nice with just around 20mins to Grenada and the Alhambra. I enjoyed the conversations with the host Elke a lot, she made me aware of various hot spots and gave me recommendations and hints for my upcoming tours. The breakfast was amazing with a big variety of local foods and freshly baked breads :) I had a nice sleep as the bed was very comfortable and the surroundings are quite. I highly recommend this accommodation and would immediately stay again :)

We arrived quite late, but they were still smiling at us, explained everything. We could park our car on the street (for free). Room was really nice but the best thing: BREAKFAST!!!! That was an amazing feast before our travel! Thank you a lot for having us.
