There wasn't anything in particular that our group didn't like, if we had to be picky, the knives could do with a sharpen as we struggled with the tomatoes.

Bedrooms were a good size and comfortable, it was nice to have 2 ensuites as well. Living room, dining area and outside seating / sun loungers were good for our group. Everything was neat and tidy when we arrived, cleaning was up to a good standard too. We were left with a good supply of toilet rolls, soap, shower gel ajd washing up liquid and sponge. We were a group of 5 - 1 couple and 3 singles - so having the space and bedrooms was nice. The hot water at the villa comes from a tank so spacing showers out here and there was ok, pretty easy for the number of us. Towels were big and fluffy which was nice and the beach towels provided too were good quality. The kitchen had plenty of plates cups, bowls, cutlery etc and there were BBQ tools as well. The villa was located between 2 areas for restaurants and pubs, both a short walk and offering a good variety of cuisines. There were a few different supermarkets within a few minutes walk as well. Everyone we spoke to in the area were friendly and helpful. When we wanted a taxi we walked to the local Lidl as there was a rank there, but calling the taxi out to the shop was quite easy if no one was about. Oh and this was the first villa we've been to in many, many years where there were actually enough hangers in the wardrobes!

Nothing, we had a great time. The only disadvantage was showers were often cool but there was quite a few of us showering at the same time the hot water ran out quickly but with the high temperatures it was quite welcome and didn’t bother us.

The villa was brilliant, lovely and clean lovely space. Didn’t have to contact the host for anything but we were made aware of how to if we needed to. Contact was made prior to our arrival and they were very helpful. Pool was lovely and clean and a decent size. There was also a shower outside for the pool. Facilities in the villa were great. Coffee machine too and pods. We were left with some champagne in the fridge and water which was lovely. Towels to shower per person and towels for the sun loungers and cleaning facilities in the villa. Air con worked fine and was very effective. Lovely and secure around the villa, great for kids. Close walk to local restaurants and pubs.. quiet area. Short walk to lots of transport facilities. The closest beach was not great but not too far to travel to a lovely area. Supermarket close by. Would recommend!! We really enjoyed it. Thank you very much!!

The area is residential, so there was not a lot to do. You had to get a local train bus to get around, and quite a walk to get this, as the area is up and down, very hilly. There were a few lights in the villa that didn't work, no bulbs in my bedroom,

The apartment was lovely and spacious. Having a pool made the place better as the beach was too far away .

beds not comfy, one shower room couldnt get hot water. more towels and blankets for time of year being cold hard to dry stuff. a few more bits and cooking wear in the kitchen.

Quiet location, outdoor space was fantastic. the living area lovely and big for large group. and well as for dinning. close to aldi for shopping. 15mins walking for restaurants.

The pool filter wasn’t working and no one came to clean the pool so after a few days the pool looked dirty. Could have done with a few more mirrors in the bedrooms. One of the bedrooms doesn’t have air conditioning which is essential during the summer months.

I can't think of anything I didn't like!

We stayed at the Villa in October 2023. The Villa was spotless, spacious and a fantastic space for the family to stay. The swimming pool was heated and thoroughly enjoyed by all. With the stunning beach of Carabassa a 25 minute walk away, bars and shops 15 minutes and an ALDI shop 5 minutes walk, it was the perfect location. Taxi was also cheap and a short ride (15 minutes) from and to the airport. The host was very helpful and great to deal with. Wonderful stay and we would have no hesitation in recommending others to book here. Thanks again to the host.

The villa was big enough but really needs attention, meaning on cleaning , dirty bed liner, dirty walls, dirty door, the showers were dirty, AC smelling so bad , these were covered in dust mainly the one on living room,wifi very poor connection and we paid a lot of money for it but unfortunately wasn’t the best as expected.

bed was not comfortable. it was a sofa cum Bed and the duvet and pillows were cheap. heating was a constant problem as the water took time to warm up. kettle was old and everytime we heated water, we got scales. it was mentioned the pool was heated and it never warmed up enough in our 4 days stay in-spite of them coming and fixing it. kids and adults were so so disappointed as we couldn’t use the pool at all. it was always close to 10deg. barbecue equipments were very old, rusted and not in usable condition. one bedroom was within another so it would be useful if there were separate families. not smelled old.

the property was big enough with sufficient space for families to stay. it is in nice location and private. enough room for kids to run around and play. rooms air con were good.

The pool at the villa , was small , very deep and not suitable for our needs , totally different to the one pictured in our booking at Carrer de Creta 54 , 03130 , Puerto Marino.The villa required a deep clean and possibly a lick of paint , there was a smell of effluent on a frequent basis , luckily we were able to purchased fragrant candles nearby. Would I recommend this villa - NO.

Please note that the villa we stayed in (Calle Creta nr 67 , villa 9 , urbanization Monte y Mar ) is not the one we had booked , unfortunately I assumed we had the wrong address, not a different villa , size and location was fine.

Pool was dirty, beds and doors were really noisy. Furniture were old, sofa was broken. More live plants to the garden/pool side would make garden so much nicer. Fix those stuff and villa is much more comfortable!

as soon as we walked through the gate we knew we’d made the right choice. the garden was tidy and well equipped and the pool was perfect. the house was clean and tidy and very comfortable. The owner was very helpful and quick to answer any questions that we had. We had a lovely stay!!

AirCon works as the only heating system which require some time to get the comfy temperature in the winter time.

If I had to be critical, the furnishing could do with replacing and a fresh paint as there are marks on walls. What this villa lacks in it makes up for ten fold
