Poor equipment in the bathroom (hairdryer not working) and in the kitchen (microwave not working) AC very close to upper beds in the dormitory, so impossible to use it without freezing

the room was tiny. The beds were not that comfy. one bed was on the floor, it was hard to open the door to the room.

The property didn’t have much space, ie small room space and no indoor communal space for sitting. I also didn’t like the ladder to the top bunk. The rungs were very narrow and sharp to stand on, making it difficult to climb into bed.

Excellent location, great staff, friendly & helpful. I liked the rooftop bar too and the generous lockers.

Staff very disinterested , unfriendly and rude .We were also charged a late fee although our flight was delayed . The communal kitchen area is very uninviting , dark and does not encourage others to sit and chat or relax there .

Being the location amazing, you can hear movida all the time at night. Unfortunately there is no common area, just a little space with main facilities like boiler, toaster, microwave, but still there is no fridge nor equipment nor even coffee/tea so you cannot store or prepare food properly. There is room for improvement in services, like electricity socks which sometimes do not work, hair dryer which is definitely not working, and lighting+water system in the toilet - it's ok to save energy and water, but for the price paid I cannot push the shower button every 10 second to get the water flue, and found without light in the meanwhile 😂

The location is amazing, in the city center and close to everything. The structure is very nice and cozy, with a beautiful terrace. There are a few rooms so there are no many people around, feel like home. My room was clear and bed was ok. They provided clean blankets and towel in the personal locker that you can use. Toilets were cleaned often. The stuff is nice and easygoing. Generally speaking it's ok, maybe a little expensive compared to the service, but still it was the cheapest option at the time of my reservation and during the staying, so it's ok!

The reception was supposed to be available 24h, but nobody was picking the phone number. The lift to my floor was available only with the key from reception, so I could take my baggage upstairs with it but not downstairs.

The localisation was perfect, taxis from the bus station and to airport were not expensive. Clean, comfortable, cheap, small very basic kitchen. Quiet at night, had no problems sleeping. Reception man speaked english and even german.
