The bed was too soft. The room we stayed in was veery small. If we opened the suitcase, there was no more space to move. The air was very damp, but no bad smells. We had the AC on; however, it could not be set to dry mode. Only temperature could be selected. It felt like breathing water all night. Our room was next to the common area and every sound could be heard through the closed door (though it was quiet through the night).

Very stylish. Very clean and furniture seems very new. The common area is very nice and there is a small terrace. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and tasty (you can even make yourself pancakes!). The location is great.

Room on the small side. Because we were there during the Global Mobile Congress I found the price not commensurate to what the hotel had to offer. But I would go back if the prices were more normal.

No change of towels or cleaning during our 4 nights stay. Breakfast is very simple yet does its job.

Stayed in a room with terrace which looked like it would be a private terrace in the photos however this is just a table outside the door and the rest of the terrace is shared by other guests. This meant we could not have any privacy, guests were using our table as a place to sit and smoke at all ours of the day and night! I think that this was not advertised correctly and very misleading. I would not have paid for this 'terrace' if I had known.

Very friendly staff, great central location within a few minutes walking distance from train and metro stations and all the big tourist attractions.

Shower tub in the bed room, not good. If you want to take a hot shower your bedroom turns to steam room and the windows become foggy, so basically you have to keep it open. Also, don’t forget to keep the terrace door open while you are outside, otherwise the room gets some mild stink ( I guess the bulidng is old, and all that steam from the shower, i dont know) Also, room is sooo small, with not enough storage space. Bed is comfortable but not good for couple activities..

Location is EXCELLENT! The center of the center. Breakfast was good also, and the lady from the reception was so nice! The fact that we has all day refreshments is also excellent (juice coffee, fruit…),Apartment had a nice little balcony with a street view. That was not a problem, cause when you close the terrace door you literally don’t hear any noice from the outside.Interior looks nice, every thing is new and well combined. But just look nice.

Our room had a shower in the bedroom which took some getting used to. Not a major problem however. Also, finding the hotel when we first got there was a bit of a challenge. The entrance to the hotel is on the second floor of the building. This was not obvious from the lobby. Some more prominent signage would help. Staff was unavailable for much of the day, but friendly and helpful when they were around.

Outstanding location on a side street with a balcony view of the activity below us. Many great restaurants and bars within short walking distance. Just a couple of blocks from Gaudi's Casa Batllo. Nice balance between access to activity in the city and being somewhat away from the worst crowding. (Barcelona is a very busy place!) Friendly and helpful staff. We were able to store our luggage at the hotel prior to checking in.

My only complaint was that the bed was not great. Felt like i was sinking into foam.

We were in room 3 and the room was a good size for the two of us however we were dealing with jetlag and wanted to see as much as we could in Barcelona that we overlooked the fact that there must have been some water damage to the room The door would get stuck when we opened it and it is because the water must be under the flooring. It had a wet smell all the time like someone took a shower but it didn't dry up. Perhaps a dehumidifier could help make the room less wet feeling? WE really enjoyed our stay and it was a personalized hotel...just minus the room wetness.

We had a pre arranged taxi service from Cien....thank you for doing this and well worth it! Our stay was personalized and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful The breakfast in the morning was outstanding as was the location being very central The area felt very safe and a nice cafe with reasonable prices

The rooms are a bit small.

The staff were so nice and helpful. Loved the shared kitchen, lounge area. You could help yourself to whatever there was in the fridge any time. Also cold water available throughout the day. Great location close to attractions and the metro.

Bed was squeaky when we moved in the bed.but apart from that we really loved our stay.

Facilities where really good. Room was clean and had all we needed this hotel was so well situated for all sights and bus station for our trip to Circuit de Catalunya for Moto GP.

The location is amazing, walking distance from most places and with lots of good restaurants around. The staff is super nice and helpful - I had to leave early in the morning to catch my flight so they left a breakfast plate prepared for me. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Overall I had an amazing stay.

Hot water was a little limited,there is no reception as such,hotel isn't staffed in case of any issue.

Location was great,walking distance to La Rambla amd other attractions including beach,bus stops close by but also felt quiet. Staff very attentive and helpful. Clean,Tidy and very welcoming. Breakfast was very good
