United Kingdomthere was two places to go for lunch and we only discovered the burger/pizza place too late but it was better than the main canteen. The food in canteen was very basic there wasn’t even normal cheese. Food wasn’t good even though we’re not very picky. Desserts were nice, watermelon only for dinner. Plates and cutlery dirty.
The territory around the hotel is beautiful and the staff was nice, normal basic rooms which is ok because on a holiday you don’t really stay in the room.

United KingdomThis is was our 4th trip to club cala romani so I feel I can give a honest review of the place. The evening entertainment had really gone down hill in my opinion and I belive this is purely down to staffing issues. I think alot of staff during lockdown found new jobs and never returned. Before lockdown the shows in the evenings were amazing you would have shows like we will rock you , grease , motown nights that the staff had put together themselves and they could all sing and dance. We had a reptile night , parrot night , magician , talent show , guests vs reps and a karaoke. Most of the time we would make our own entertainment around the pool of a evening. For family's with young children they have a children's disco and entertainment till around 9pm which is good but for the family's with older children or couples it's pretty boring. Like i said I belive this is down to staff shortages. Don't let this little issue put you off going to this amazing resort. Give it time and they will be back to there amazing entertainment.
This was our 4th trip to club cala romani and our 1st trip since the lockdown. The place hadn't changed much . We have always loved the location short walk to the beach and small town. The staff have always been friendly , the rooms are basic and cleaned everyday , new bedding etc. Lifeguards are on the ball and don't miss a thing. Our children are all in there teens but for family's with small children that could be worried about silly people mucking about in the pool the lifeguards are quick to react and over the years we have seen many people told to get out of the pool for stupid behaviour. The resort has always been clean and tidy and our return trip was no exception. Staff start early in morning sweeping and hosing down the pool area daily. The first time we went none of the rooms had Air con but over the years every room has Air con now which is a blessing after a nice hot day around the pool. The food can get a bit boring but it's a short walk under 5 minutes to the little town were you will find many shops , supermarkets , bars , cafes and restaurants. Its relativity cheap me ,my wife and 2 teenage sons ate out a couple of nights and cost us between 30 - 50 euros with drinks. Overall club cala romani is a 3 star rated hotel but is punching above its weight thanks for the many years holidays with had with you.

United KingdomReception staff was rude and ignorant, told us to come back later twice. Breakfast and lunch food choice was really poor, English breakfast everyday and burgers and hotdogs for lunch every day. Dinner range was better and quality was better. Drinks were very basic. Staff said floats were not allowed in pool at all and kicked us out even though there was no signs, but they put signs up day after, no explanation as to why floats are not allowed, they have a shop inside the hotel that sell floatables too. All activities and evening shows were for kids, nothing for adults all week. Location is okay if you want to stay in the hotel only, not much going on around. Nearby beach was nice.

Breakfast was good and the location was too. 5 mins walk to the beach and facilities at the hotel were clean and as expected.
