Teresa and Gisle have quite literally thought of everything you need to make your holiday amazing. They cannot do enough for you. Drinks, snacks, sports equipment, recommendations for dinner. They were superb in every way, as is their property. Great views all round and so close to the marina, beach mere steps away.

Nothing to not like.

Everything..Teresa & Gisele are the perfect hosts with excellent attention to detail, beautiful location to have breakfast served each morning beside the pool overlooking the Mediterranean and the Lagoon.From booking restaurants to taxi service this couple have thought of everything to ensure our stay was extremely relaxing .

The property was a beautiful, incredible place with views of the Mediterraneo and mar menor. The description and pictures don't make justice. It is luxurious but comfortable and the most important thing is the way we were received: Theresa and her husband Gizle went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. The place is beautiful. The breakfast delicious, the hosts wonderful, the location espectacular with sunset and sunrise views. Also they borrowed us chairs, umbrella and towels to go to the beach.

We had the most amazing stay at this hotel. I have stayed in quite a few 5 stars hotels in the world and this is up there with some of the best for service and comfort. Teresa and Gisle were the most AMAZING hosts and could not do more for us. The hotel was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and the service was exceptional. We will most definitely will be returning!! Could not recommend more!!

Nothing not to like. It is close to road but that didnt bother us

Extremely welcoming owners, Gisle and Teresa. Beautifully and tatesfully refurbished villa. Lovely sea views and beaches literally on your doorstep. We were only there one night and so didnt get to use the pool or enjoy drinks on the terrace which was a pity. Breakfast beautifully presented and wholesome.

Nothing could have been any better.

The owners were so kind and helpful and absolutely nothing was too much trouble. They took so much care to explain everything about the area, made many suggestions about visiting surrounding areas and restaurants and made bookings for us. We did not hire car a car and used instead the excellent bus service ( you can travel anywhere on the 'strip' for Euro 1.15). The owners even used their own car to take us to restaurants on occasions and willingly loaned us various equipment for beach and bikes. The breakfasts were amazing - so varied and beautifully presented - and lacked nothing. Everything was just perfect. The house, rooms, swimming pool and garden were beautifully kept. The house itself is in a great location overlooking the Mar Menor beach and sea at the front and the Mediterranean beach and sea at the back.

Fantastic boutique hotel with excellent service from wonderful hosts! Great location near two beaches and walking distance to restaurants. Very nice swimming pool and terrace. Exquisite personalized breakfast. Very clean.

Therese and Gisle were the most attentive and friendly hosts I have ever met. Whatever we needed they were always there to make our stay incredible. Their mini Hotel is between the Mediterranean and Minor sea so there is always a light breeze in their garden. The pool was incredible even if small. With a salty water, super clean and with a perfect pool service. It has jacuzzi jets so you could enjoy a massage in the evening. I enjoyed floating there and letting everything go. I can only recommend this place. It should be rated with 7 stars. Theresa is a great cook. The breakfast was really good and the lunch we sometimes ordered was spectacular. Big thank you to both of them for making our stay so happy.

What a fabulous and unique find this small boutique hotel was - a beautifully refurbished property with exceptional personalised service from the owners Teresa & Gisle. I will definitely be visiting again, next time with my husband!!!

The hosts were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. They made sure that all our needs were met. There were a lot of private spaces with great views of the sea and the sunset . The place was very clean. Breakfast was very lovely with healthy food options.

It is simply amazing what you get here. The owners fulfilled their dream and opened this boutique hotel - and you can feel this spirit: they love what they do and offer you a service orientation that I have rarely seen somewhere else. Looking forward to come back! Tip: try their BBQ :-)

Wow !! What a fantastic boutique hotel this is. This newly renovated property has been done to such a high standard. The owners, Therese and Gisle are so friendly, welcoming and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The breakfast was excellent. The two beaches are less two minutes walk from the hotel and there is free parking to the rear of the property. The next time we visit La Manga we will definitely use this hotel again.
