Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The hotel was superb. The staff were brilliant, they were very accommodating. The cleanliness was outstanding.. We had a seaview room on the 6th floor with fantastic views over the bay. The room was bright and airy. The rooms were cleaned daily, including new towels each day. There is a restaurant below the hotel that offers 10% off the bill for those staying at the hotel. We loved our stay there this week, so much so that we are looking at returning in 12 months' time. The beautiful sandy beaches are right opposite the hotel, and a stones throw away from the harbour where you can take boat trips. There are many, cafe, bars and restaurants to choose from in the area. Benidorms new town is around the corner with many, many shops to browse, as well as many more cafes/ bars to try. You won't be disappointed staying at this wonderful hotel.

The location of The Colon Hotel is excellent. We had a back room, with small balcony, it was ok, but, would of preferred a room at the front, overlooking the beach.

This was a nice hotel, rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had a slight issue with our room on check-in and the really friendly staff sorted it immediately. Location was superb for us, right by the Old Town shopping street and 30 seconds from the beach.

The location is great, both the old town and the beach are within walking distance. The staff is polite, the balcony offers a wonderful view of the beach and the sea.

We had breakfast only, which was very nice, plenty of choice. The location is fabulous & a sea view room is lovely to sit in the morning when it’s quiet & people watching in the evening with a glass of wine. There’s a fridge in the room that’s very handy for wine & water.
