We didnt get a room with view, but for that price i cant really complain. Another detail is that the frame behind the bed would hit the light switches and turn the light on while you sleep. So some adjusting is needed.

The people working in the reception were always positive and happy to help. The location is also super with the beach just a few steps from the entre. Overall, we got a great stay at hotel colón and would recommend to others.

Friendly check in , we were very early but still told our room would be ready in 10 minutes, and it was , Hotel is very central so easy to navigate from one beach directly out side and two further beaches 7 and 10 minutes walk ...restaurants and bar not even one minute...we will definitely be coming back ..we looked old town Benidorm and all the lovely beach bars .

Rooms a little bit noisey at times - external noise (although I’m a light sleeper). Breakfast good but slightly limited.

Location great. Beds comfortable, bathroom shower good. A/C worked well. Staff were fantastic, with Vincent being exceptional when one of the group was unwell.

Great little hotel in the old town. Friendly staff A short walk to restaurants and bars. 20 minute walk to the new town. Literally couldn’t fault anything about this hotel.

Great views from our room, centrally placed adjacent dove park at the heart of Old Benidorm. All staff were very friendly and approachable with good communication skills across many language's.

The location was excellent to visit the old town, shops, restaurants and the beach is just across the road from the hotel. The breakfast was very good as was the evening meal. The hotel staff were very helpful and informative.

We was on the top floor and the maids washing line for the rooftop was near us the door squeaked really bad in needed oiling..very annoying

Excellent location. It's a three star property, so expect 3 star facilities but with 5 star staff and service!!! 5 star location. If you're coming by car, parking can be a bit of an issue but it's workable.
