The location was excellent in the old town. We had easy access to all the sights, jardin del turia, public transport and lots of restaurants & bars nearby. The host is very friendly and helpful. We hired bikes 1 day, Valencia is very flat so easy for people who aren't regular cyclists.

Nothing, all was perfect Just a note for the host - I would prefer having some small rag near the shower or smth to avoid water on the floor

This is one of the loveliest hosts I had recently - answering all questions, giving advices, check in was super quick and lovely. Also there is an option to leave the luggage there without additional fee. The hotel is basically consists of few rooms looking like a regular flat, but each room has its own bath, hair dryer, air conditioning and small TV. It is very clean and has comfortable beds. Just note that there is only shower gel, so be prepared if you need to wash your hair.

The accommodation was in a great location, everything was very close. The owner was very kind and helpful, he gave me a map of all the main places to visit in Valencia and also offered a possibility to rent a bicycle a day. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a little bit small but it was enough for my stay there (2 nights).

I walked past the entrance but I had read a previous review that pointed out that it's easy to miss and it wasn't a problem.

everything was really nice and welcoming.

very friendly owners, very positive and nice people. they let me leave my luggage after the check out times and i could pick it up any time. overall room is really nice, bed is comfy, quite street so no problems with sleep. overall very nice shower with hot water. Mini hotel was very quite and visitors did not disturb each other.

Fabio the owner is superb! He came out of the reception to greet me as he saw me walk right past, they're not able to have a larger sign because of the age of the building and I missed it! Then he spent the next 15mins ish describing the local area with the aid of a map, places to see, bus routes etc. A great place to stay, bed was comfy and no noise from nearby meant I slept well, fridge very useful and everything you'd require, even a small balcony.

The shower leakes water into the bathroom

It is located in the city center, in a quiet area (the night was peaceful, without any noise comming from the street). The room was very simple, clean and had a nice litte terrace. The staff was very friendly and explained everything I needed to know about visiting the city. For the price I payed, the room was very nice.

There is not so much space in the room to store your belongings. For me it was ok (traveling on my own, stayed three nights) but if you stay a bit longer or travel as a couple place might be a bit limited.

Location is very well located as everything can easily be reached by few minutes walk. The owners are very nice and provide you with all the support you need. Rooms are very clean, with air condition and strong and stable WiFi. Luggage could be stored after check out. I can definitly recommend and would come back again.

Perfect one night stay in the center of Valencia. A warm welcome at check in from Fabio the owner, gave tips on where to explore! I was in the green bedroom which was clean, tidy, cosy, comfortable. Has everything you want for a long or short stay in an excellent central and safe location.
