Highly recommend!!! Its a one of a kind hospitality you get these days, at higest level by Fabiano and his wife who are the most welcoming people and very helpful with anything you need. When we arrived Fabiano gave us very useful tips for Valencia and where-to. Also he recommended us a bike rent store where you get a discount if you are his guest. Also very clean and great location! Will definitely come back! Thanks Fabiano for your kind hospitality!

Great location - just top of old town. 15 minutes walk from the main bus station. Each room was painted in different color which we thought was a great idea. We ended up in the green one. Room was clean, had a mini fridge/hairdryer/aircon and a private bathroom. WiFi worked well. We received a warm welcome by Fabio (the host). He was very helpful, gave us a map and some tips for surroundings. Overall a great stay.

Friendly welcome Fabio showed us all the good places to visit, eat and do Spotless clean Fabio's wife cleans the rooms and replaces towels and toiletries everyday, that's a top service She was very kind and helpful with anything you need They have a storage with everything iron, microwave etc so just ask and they will make the best to provide I saw a lot of comments on room size, I would say its decent, not too small And you have everything you need in there, even a mini-fridge, A/C, TV Bathroom is nice, shower Lovely view in El Carmen neighbourhood Location is the best Right in the heart of the famous El Carmen district with all the street art and good restaurants in a 5 min radius There is a great Tapas bar just 3 min walking You have bus stations nearby connected to all points of interest although walk to Central Market, Virgin Sq, The Catherdal is less than 10 min Price/ quality ratio is unbeatable This will be my go to everytime I come to Valencia

Very friendly and helpful owner, great location, clean and comfortable room with private bathroom and even a fridge. If you need a kettle just ask for it and the owner will provide it for you. Very fast and reliable Wi-Fi.

Warm welcome, room has everything you need, very good located in the old town of Valencia. House Rules apply between 01am-07am to keep quiet which worked well when I was there.

It was how I expected.

Is close to the city center, you can walk to most of the touristic destination. The host is very friendly and helpful. In case you need any information about where to eat or where to go just ask. Also the room is clean and it has all you need for you stay. The wifi is working well.

Fabia and Maria are very kind people caring about their guests best they can. When we arrive we got all needed information about Valencia, a good tourist map and tips for restaurant. Colors room are in the town center so everything is very closed. Fabio has also recommended us a bike rental (Bikes for People) few meters from location where we got 10 % discount because of staying in Colors room.

The shower was a little small. As such, water kept spilling out. Perhaps if there was a better curtain or higher ledge to contain the water.

The check-in process was great -- we were able to check in early. The couple that runs the hotel were absolutely adorable. And if possible, I would request the purple room as it has a cute patio.
