Unfortunately my bed room had a strong smell of drains mainly early in the mornings but was glad I was up early and out most mornings

We definitely didn’t get a room that was in the picture as our rooms were old. Fine for a stag do though.

The location was excellent, about a 10 minute walk to main strip. The bar was cheap. The shower in our room was great.

Some parts of the hotel could do with an update. Hotel is geared up for Spanish guests mainly but this didn’t effect us as we went out every evening. Hotel is mostly full of guests over the age of 60, again this did not bother us although entertainment is for the older generation.

Clean, friendly staff & really good value for money. Comfy bed and pillows and plenty of choice in the buffet restaurant. Ideal location, not too far away from the main strip, beach or the old town. Quiet location & shops & restaurants right on the hotels door step!

Aircon was turned off as it was too early in the season. Although to be fair, an open window did the job regarding temperature.

Great location for everything you need in Bemidorm. Staff were super friendly. Facilities were clean and tidy.

Breakfast was repetitive and unacceptable queues at the coffee machine. Not enough sun loungers. There was one lady on reception in the second block as there was two. Who was very nice and helpful, unfortunately we found most of the other staff unfriendly. The clientele were mainly Spanish which was unfortunate for British holiday makers, as the entertainment at the hotel was spoken in Spanish including the nightly shows. The entertainment during the day, did include English speaking reps, which was really welcome.

Location was excellent. Cleanliness was very good with our room cleaned every day. The property needs updating.

Would have been nice to use the pool but it was unusable as absolutely freezing which left me with an unhappy child. Also the heating was on in our room yet it was so hot outside it made it unbearable. Did ask at reception to have it turned off, twice! Yet no joy

Really nice hotel, friendly staff and quick easy check in. Rooms were spotlessly clean and a decent size. Great location close to the old town and only a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Noisy! Doors not soft close. Hear people moving in room above. WiFi not good. No good information on hotel in room. Had to go to reception twice to ask about WiFi and room safe. A phone in room, but no idea what number reception was???

Big room. Good shower. Parking, private, covered, €11 per night. Location great. 5 mins from Old Town, 5 mins to English part.

The only 1 moan was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

The hotel doesn’t put the air conditioning on until peak season, neither is there a fan to use instead, there isn’t an iron to use not even for hire,

The downstairs bar clearly stated opening times and closing time was 00.30, we returned to the hotel at midnight and decided to have a last drink at the bar. The bartender wasn’t at the bar but came out a few minutes later eating, I asked for a drink for my wife and I, he replied it was not possible as the bar was closed, I pointed to the sign clearly on show at the bar which showed that the bar closed at 00.30 not 00.05, he still refused to serve us, there were other people sat at the bar drinking. I really couldn’t understand why he would not serve us. We are both in our 70’s and were not intoxicated. This happened on Monday 18th of March our last evening of our stay. We did have a drink in the bar the previous night, no problem. This bartender really put a downer on our stay.

Breakfast station's are all over the place. Cereal station one end , milk the other end. Bread and toast station one end, butter the other end.
