Not sure if it was related with covid etc but the deserts were somehow limited in variety. Apart from this buffet was great.

Everything was amazing!! Only thing is that it was noisy at night... you can hear when other rooms close their door or walk by. But since everything was good we didn't mind it as much!!!

There are not much parking spaces available outside the hotel if you come in busy times, so the parking inside the hotel may be an option to consider depending on the season you visit the resort.

Very friendly and professional staff,always welcoming and assisting us in every single request. The location is very good, and both the pool with space enough so you don't get you towel to close to anyone, and in walkable distance to the beach. The hotel is next to a small shopping center where you can buy last minute items and do some clothing and souvenirs shopping if you need. This was lot our first time there and wouldn't hopefully6be the last!

We checked in and immediately asked to change the room as it smelled like someone had urinated there and smelled strong. The second room we were offered was not cleaned properly. There were some plant seeds on the sofa and on the bed, pubic hairs in the toiled, hairs over the bed and some sticky stains on the side table. We wanted to stay for three night but thankfully as a precaution we made booking only for one night as it was non refundable. The reviews where people have mentioned it to be clean are all retirees, who are, i think, comfortable with everything.

We ate dinner in the restaurant one night it was awful, £25 euro each we were really disappointed, breakfast however was really nice ? !

Waiting room atmosphere in the breakfast and dinner room. Mass feeding for busloads of elderly ladies and gentlemen. Not suitable for cozy dining. A proper cereal was missing in the morning. Only one central elevator system. Therefore long walks through long hotel corridors to the rooms, which are located at the side of the huge hotel complex. Better to book rooms with direct sea view. They are closer to the elevators.

Not much. Selection of breakfast and dinner buffet was ok. Good enough for quick meal. Very large pool, which you had all to yourself (in October), because in the off-season usually only older people are present, who do not use the extensive pool landscape.

The staff was very disappointing. Rita who made our check in didn’t explain anything. We even have to then question her about what time was the breakfast etc.

Easy access to the beach, cleaning was perfect. Breakfast was good.

only few receptionist speak English. No water bottle in the room at arrival which is a shame with this heat. The food at the buffet is not good: hot dishes are cold, they don’t make very various food it’s always similar. The waiters are very slow specially at the bar. We paid a lot of money for 3 rooms and only one had sea view. you don’t have the choice when you book and you can change the towel every 3 days which is too much for the price paid… there’s is no interesting activities and there is no much to see outside the hotel. if you are not Spanish I don’t recommend you to go there. The sunshade you see on picture with beds on the big green terrace are not true it’s always empty… the fitness has to be renovated. This is definitely not a 4 stars hotel. the room is not very well isolated you can hear everything outside and there is noise coming from the bath when other rooms flush the toilet.

The receptionist was very rude, and make the job running, like we was upsetting him, at the end we try to make a question and he flipped his back and go away, the name is Jose Manuel and it was the short one, not the tall with the same name

The floor in the room wasn't clean and everything seemed a bit dated. We could hear the TV next door and some of the other guests were very noisy in the corridor. No facilities for children under 4. Housekeeping opened our door before knocking at 9.30am and woke us up.

Nice large bed and friendly staff. Lovely pool area and excellent location right on the beach.
