No big issues, but the parking was for all three hotels. Result was that when using "the access hotel" elevator, we got to the wrong hotel. The signing in the parking area should be clear which hotel you will go to by using the various three escalators.

We had been staying here for 4 nights. It is good hotel bit nothing special. The location is relatively good, if you don't mind using public transport (metro or tram). Breakfast was quite ordinary, just enough to satisfy your hunger, but not to enjoy the variety and taste of the meals. Room was comfortable and clean.

What could have been better was the swimming pool, as it was too small and too crowded (those days were really boiling). As for breakfast, we informed about one of us being celiac (both in a mail and at reception when we arrived on the first day). Actually, the hotel provided us with a gluten-free muffin (first day) and some gluten-free bread (second day). However, there was no gluten-free chocolate, gluten-free jam, gluten-free embutidos, gluten-free cocoa, etc to eat with. That was a bit disappointing.

It was great because there was parking available, our rooms were close to each other, it was clean, we could sleep well (not much noise along the corridors or outside).

Looby area and restaurant are renoveted. Pool area small, but nice. Rooms where outdated (floor 8). They give water, but not coffe maker in the room, uou can pay 1.50 for one nespresso machibe coffe at the reception. For 4 stars hotek, really did not feel like

The pool was out of order, the hotel advised pool would open in summer, we arrived in mid June which is summer. We were not made aware of this before hand.

Breakfast is overpriced at €14 per person, per day. We would have liked this to be included or at least priced more reasonably. We also didn't use the pool area at all because whenever we went outside it was really small and busy - full of kids.

Hotel was beautifully modern and air conditioned, rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff were incredibly polite and hardworking. Staff were very accomodating. Views from the rooms were wonderful - black out curtains were amazing - we've never slept so well. Location was OK - very close to a supermarket and some restaurants, a little out of the way but the local transport was cheap and easy to use and the metro stop was literally outside the hotel.

The beds in the rooms were uncomfortable and not the standard i expected given it was a four star hotel. We were a party of six, everyone complained about the beds. We did consider raising this with reception but everytime we went to they had a que at the desk. The fridge in the room did not work and did not smell pleasant. The water dispenser in the gym did not work. The food in the restaurant was nice untill we were given raw chicken on our final day. The waiter apologised and offered a free alternative but still charged us for the raw chicken. The pool was a great area but too small for a hotel with over 800 rooms. There was no sun loungers available as a result, I think there was around 20 in total. Staff were freindly but seemed overworked.

The breakfast had a great selection of hot food, pastries, fruit, cold cuts and cereals. The aircon worked well and the bathrooms were nicely decorated. Communal areas were tastfully decorated and comfortable. Luggage hold was availble after check out. The gym was limited but had essentials to work out. The location was excellent, nice restaurants, supermarkets etc nearby and the train was 4 mins from the hotel that took you to the old town and airport.
