There was no breakfast, no pool, no games room. I have already sent you an email regarding a partial refund but you haven’t replied even though you have time to send out surveys!

Outside the window a powerful exhaust hood was making noise somewhere From 9.30 am for an hour. So check where the windows are, if not for one day, and if in the courtyard, it’s better to immediately pay extra and change (if you want to sleep longer).

The staff is very friendly. The guys at the front desk were great. And the reception is 24/7 (which is just super for Spain. In resort towns there are usually restrictions of 22-23.00).There is no parking and at night this is a problem nearby and if you find a place be prepared to see a receipt in the morning, if you don’t drive early in the morning))). For the money I paid, I think a night in a clean room with a normal mattress and bed is quite acceptable. But the windows were on the courtyard and they turned on a powerful, noisy fan. Since my son and I We stayed for one night, it was quite ok. The furniture is old, the bathroom is the same, but there is air conditioning!!! So everything is in balance. A hairdryer can also be requested at the reception. And nearby on the corner there is an oriental cafe with excellent green tea and prepared I allowed you to take coffee and tea with sweets and everything beautifully with a tray and a jug of tea to your room and bring it if possible. And in relation to the hotel there were simply no expectations for 35 euros, and that’s good. If you just need to sleep cheaply, not in a car or in a hostel, this is a great option.

The balcony did not have a view, just three air-conditioning units. Hole in the ceiling in the bathroom. I had room 201. I only used the room to sleep, so I was not really that bothered as I was on my own.

I liked the roof top bar and pool, I liked the location,and the staff were very friendly and could not do enough for you.

Coffee, internet, shower. There was not internet in a room and shower was broken.

Coffee was terrible, I would prefer fresh brewed coffee, but the coffee at the hotel tasted as instant coffee.

The constant screaming and shouting through the nite from the long term residents. The smell of weed in the corridors and stairwells The lack of parking ,parked 1 km away at 20.30 at night

There’s no noise insulation at all so you can hear EVERYTHING from the neighbours. unfortunately, they seem to be often problematic, as the night watchman told me. If you hear well.. bring some earplugs with you! Theres’s a cold tobacco smell in the bedrooms which makes a movie atmosphere, but it would’ve been better to have a clean laundry smelling instead.

It was not far from the station and one of the main roads where shops and bars are every time quite crowded.

The first time I went to Calella... and I stayed at this hotel because it is in a very good area and the staff is very friendly at a good price... I had a problem with the cleaning of my room and thanks to the manager he was very kind to me he has solved it and I changed to another room... I'm sure I'll come back 😊

We stayed for only one night but the room was below our expectations. It was extremely cold in the room. There were only two blankets for 4 people. The pillows were extremely thin, there were no towels. Plus, the water exit of bidet in our washroom was not connected to any outlet.....after its use, the water spilled all across the bathroom and bedroom, as there was no drainage in the floor. We felt extremely cold and could not sleep the whole night. One of our very bad experiences unfortunately.

The place is just some minutes walking from the train station, it was clean, comfortable, with a terrace in the room and the staff was very nice
